As someone who does not do heavy make up on a daily basis, I was looking to have a natural look for my wedding - so that my groom, friends and family would recognize me. During the booking process, she was quick to respond and provided tips for matching. On the day of the photoshoot, Charlene made us very comfortable as soon as we entered her studio.
