Only after pushing did they agree to reimburse me for the out-of-state repair, but then promptly walked that back. Tyler, the manager, was incredibly unprofessional and actually told me I couldn't receive a refund because the store "didn't make any money that day" and refunding me would put him "in the negatives." That is not how refunds work, nor is it my problem. They are now refusing to issue any refund at all. If you value your safety, your time, or basic mechanical competence, do not take your car here. Sloppy work, dishonesty, and zero accountability.

My car was towed to the AAA Chastain Park shop after a AAA battery technician advised me to drive…read morethere (less than six miles from the Lexus dealership) for a full battery replacement check, assuring me the battery would recharge while driving. However, the car stalled just 1.6 miles from the location. With my phone dead and no way to charge it, I had to rely on strangers to call AAA for another tow. To make matters worse, AAA refused to schedule the tow until I placed a $100 credit on file and agreed to $7 per mile after the first five miles--charges that would not have arisen had the battery been properly installed in the first place. Once the car finally reached the Chastain location, the service advisor informed me they could not diagnose the vehicle until Monday, more than 48 hours later, stating, "I do not have a technician available today." I was only at that shop because AAA's own technician had directed me there. Despite this, they did not attempt to check the battery's charge, and no accommodation was offered for the incorrect guidance I had received from the battery tech. Ultimately, I had to pay out of pocket to have the car towed back to the Lexus dealership.
