Had the opportunity to take an out of town guest on The Historical bike tour of Frederick…read more... Learned so many historical facts and saw so many historical sites; it was amazing!! We also had the pleasure of meeting Mimi (Managing Partner) , who is wonderful. All focus is making their clients comfortable and appreciated. Will definitely return! Had a blast.

We were a party of nine on a beautiful September day. All of us have never ridden an electric bike…read morebefore and some of us were very nervous. The staff at Pedego were extremely helpful in getting us ready. They adjusted seats and for me that was at least three times before we finally settled on the lowest position possible. The staff provided us instruction and encouragement. You just can't rate someone on that. I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he kept telling me that I'll be fine and you never forget how to ride a bike. He said it multiple times. You know what? He was right. We had a fantastic time and I didn't want to get off the bike when we got back. We decided to do our own tour with a provided map from Pedego. We did have to go out into the street a small amount of time. Our first stop was the historic Mt. Olivet Cemetery where you will find famous inhabitants like Francis Scott Key. The cemetery was the perfect place for us to acclimate ourselves. I kept thinking if I fall, at least I will fall on grass (or a headstone but I think I'll hit grass first). But luckily, none of us fell. The cemetery was flat with a wide road and only a couple of cars. When we felt comfortable, we made our way to Baker Park and found a covered bridge. We rode along Carroll Creek park and then headed back to Pedego after two hours. The bikes are heavy but with the pedal assist, you will not tire out as much. LOL. I loved being able to actually look at beautiful Frederick without having to do too much work. I think anyone who knows how to ride a bike will do fine on an electric bike. You might like it more than traditional pedaling! Bring your own helmets if you have one. There is a small bag attached to the bike if you have a water bottle or other small items that you want to bring along.

When I research car services on Yelp, I found that Monumental Tours was woman-owned and offered the cheapest rate of all the car services that I found. From days before the pick-up date to the drop-off, Monumental Tours was nothing short of AMAZING. Abe was sure to check-in on location of where my boss was to be picked and also notified of me his driver each time. Abe was very courteous and professional. My boss was highly satisfied with their service. I recommend Monumental Tours anytime you're in the D.C. or surrounding area(s). They also provide private tours in luxury vehicles as well. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST! I wish I could give them 10 stars. :-)

Booking the tour was easy, I did it all on their webpage. Communication prior to event with DiVine staff member Amy was clear and concise. I was confident in the plan , the lunch orders, the schedule etc. I love how the tour made the day easy and relaxing for us! Melissa picked us up promptly at our AirBnb Cottage. Our first stop was Zephaniah Winery. It is a sweet and gorgeous family operated business. The family is super friendly and amazing! We adored talking to Bonnie! She shared about the history and also we admired her colorful flowers she has planted all around. The wines at Zephaniah were exquisite! Our second stop was Williams Gap Vineyards. It was definitely a beautiful ambiance with friendly staff. We loved how cozy, innovative, and spacious the place is! Melissa was an amazing tour guide! She always checked in on us, made sure all was going great, she took great pictures of the special day! I highly recommend DiVine tours!

We had some last minute additions and she was very accommodating and efficient. Once we were picked up by our driver, Natalie, we were on our way. She was timely and communicated with me ahead of time. Additionally, she was accommodating to my demanding group who needed temperatures adjusted (this was early August) and music selections (she asked if anyone had a playlist). All of the vineyards were immaculate. The last vineyard had not updated their records to reflect our late additions, but that was not on DiVine. Pictures were taken, Natalie engaged without being creepy and communicated throughout the tour. I honestly cannot wait to do this again.
