Charles Tree Service is superior and I will tell you why. I have been trying to secure mulch for my community and it's nearly impossible to get any tree company to call you back. When you do speak to someone they are not helpful and basically tell you they will deliver mulch when it is convenient for them. Well, when you live in a condo community, you can't just dump mulch anywhere without planning. Charles saved the day. He worked with me to deliver mulch when we could clear out a space for the delivery. Charles is personable and you can see he strives for great customer service. We need more mulch so I will be calling Charles soon. Don't bother with the other tree services - I am telling you Charles is the best! read more

Contacted this company after looking for a new company to trim our 2 ficus trees. They provided a quote which was in line with other companies, They arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. We kept updated by phone and did a great job lacing our trees. Forrest noted the trees had a white fly problem which was contributing to many dead leaves falling off at record rate. Never had this issue before but he educated us on possible remedies. After being stood up by another tree service I happened upon Charles Tree Service in my local Albertsons parking lot. I walked up and asked if they could do some work at my home and Charles promptly said "are you close, let's go have a look so I can give you an estimate". We drove to my home where he provided a very good estimate to remove 3 large trees plus stump removal, and prune 11 of my large palm trees. He said he could start the same day. I agreed and upon my return from work almost all of the work had already been completed. We had a very large cactus in our front yard and wanted it removed so we contacted Charles and he came by and gave us a quote which was lower than the competition. We weren't able to afford it right away but 2 months later contacted him when we could afford it and the quote was still good. They came out and in 2 hrs had the job completed; my wife and I were very pleased. His staff is very friendly and I appreciated the fact that they were so quick and did a wonderful job. Very disappointed and irritated. We have been looking for a good tree service to come out and prune & clean up our canary island palm in addition to cutting down 2 tree stumps we have. I actually ran into Charles at the gas station and considering see how much it would cost to remove a dead 10-20ft tree and bougainvillea out of my yard. Charles and his crew did a great job! We had a very tall dead tree that split and crashed into our neighbor's fence a day and a half before we had to fly out of town. I called him and he came over within the hour and gave us a very fair estimate. He came over first thing the next morning with his crew and 2 trucks and took care of it quickly. This is the second time I have used Charles Tree Service for work at my home. Charles and his crew did an excellent job thinning two large pine trees that had made my driveway unusable due to pine sap and falling needles. His crew knew exactly what needed to be done to reduce the size of the tree without jeopardizing the health of the tree. The trees look great and we can use the driveway again. In short, the only thing left standing was the Dracaena near the house. They threw all the cuttings into their chipper and ground down the stumps.
