Charles with Charles tree service is a complete and absolute flake. I made an appointment with him well over a week in advance to have a palm tree trimmed. His comunications were unreliable and he did not show up for our scheduled appointment even after I reconfirmed with him 36 hours prior to our appointment. After he was more than a half an hour late to arrive I called him and he completely forgot that we had an appointment and gave me a bunch of BS excuses about how he can't manage his busy schedule. He danced around and tried to get me to reschedule for the following week but I told him I would prefer not to give my money to someone who's a complete flake. Don't waste your time with him. I had my 5 palm trees removed in less than 24 hours. First thing that pop up when I went online was them. They had a really good reviews so I filled out the request form that afternoon. I did not expect Charles to call me that soon. He called me that evening and ask for my address. He came over to look at the trees, he told me how much and that he will come in the morning. Charles crew showed up this morning and started to work immediately. They were here for 6 hours on a job they thought would only take about 4. All 5 of them worked very hard on taking a Huge Ficus and Jackaranda Tree out of our neighbors yard with huge roots. They also pulled our artificial turf back in our backyard to get the roots out that came under the fence into our yard. They had to take part of the fence down to get all the roots out.
