I never thought I could be so excited about getting a palm tree trimmed, but hey, this tree hadn't been trimmed for roughly 20 years and Charles' team did a great job. They gave this tree a total makeover! Charles was quick to come out and give a quote and his team was out at our house within a few days of the quote. The amount he quoted us was comparable to other companies, and there were no added charges when it came time to pay. They did a good job, and the whole trimming (which was a lot -- 20 years worth!), hauling from the back yard to front, and wood chipping took about 5 hours total. This is pretty quick given one of his team members climbed the 40+ foot palm tree and manually cut all the fronds down. Based on recommendations on this site I made an appointment for an estimate. Charles arrived the next day and gave me a competitive bid so I booked the service. Fast, professional, and affordable! We just moved into a house that's been tenant-occupied for at least 2 years, landscaping has been ignored/left to go wild. Palm trees in the front were growing onto the house, overhanging electrical wires/roof/neighbors, or dead. UPDATE: All 7 bushes and trees that were removed, sprouted back up within 2 months. I told Charles at the time that I would pay for whatever it takes to completely remove everything and ensure that there would be no regrowth. He said they would grind down the stumps and the plants wouldn't come back. I didn't feel confident that stump grinding was the permanent fix so I reconfirmed with them three different times that it was good enough to prevent new growth, and moved ahead trusting the experts. 100% regrowth.
