    Chicken Parmesan

Michaels was pretty expensive (over $200 for 2 people) but worth IT! The service was fast, but a little slow to get our check. There wasn't much parking by the restaurant, so we had to walk a little bit. We walked in with no reservation around 6:30 and were seated right away. The Chicken Piccata was really good and our favorite dish. The Chicken Parm was good, but not worth $45. The dessert was of course the best part - we got the Chocolate Gateau and Apple Pie Ala Mode. Will definitely be returning again!

We absolutely love this place. This was our second time there in a month and half and we are going again. So basically 3 times in 2 months. My husband had the lamb chops the first time and he was hooked. The next time he had the scallops and was even more hooked. The Caesar salad is delicious and the grilled shrimp appetizer is a must. Also, don't forget to indulge yourself with a brandy ice for dessert. Amazing service both times.

My (often picky and always opinionated) husband of nearly thirty years LOVED his Chicken Marsala, but I had, alas, already eaten earlier that day and so, uh, consoled myself with (yum!) a very pleasant (i.e., rich, creamy, and perfectly prepared) crème brûlée. Our dinner partners enjoyed shrimp and salad. White glove service from start to finish. Beautiful bar!

I met friends here for a birthday dinner. Very unassuming location but I was greeted and shown to the table with my friends as soon as I came in. The menu is huge and very varied. Our server Michael came and took our drink order. My drink was GOOD. I'm always suspicious when I'm served alcohol in a tall glass because I feel like it's gonna be watered down. That was not the case here. My drink was strong and my friends got the same on the second round. I wasn't very hungry so I ordered the soup of the day (shrimp and lobster bisque), a Caesar salad and Brussel sprouts. The birthday girl ordered a house salad and my bestie had a Caesar as well. All were delicious and I definitely appreciated the veggies on the house salad. We ordered crème brûlée and apple pie alamode and both were delicious. My Brussel sprouts were the best. I want them again. The soup was ok. My friend had the chicken parmigiana and said it was good but could have been better and the birthday girl had the lobster mac and cheese. She said it was ok. Our server Michael was prompt. Checked in on us and our food was served in an appropriate amount of time. I'll definitely be back to try the lasagna. It looked amazing and my bestie was sad she didn't get it.

Creme Brule - we ate half and didn't finish it; felt curdled and was very disappointing

Very fun around the bar and a proper experience in dining. The Cesar salad and the KC strip are class.

So the daughter and I headed on over to see if its still as good as I remember. Crab cake appetizer. You only get 1 but it had some great flavor with the remoulade sauce. The only negative was the tiny pieced shell in the crab cake. Unfortunately thats almost a given for fresh pulled crab meat. Farm salad was very fresh and had a great dressing. I believe it was a white balsamic vinaigrette. I ordered the ribeye,With garlicky spinach. The steak had great flavor. I wish it would have been more tender. But overall, the cut of steak was really good. My daughter ordered the New York strip with fingerling potatoes. The way she demolished that steak tells me that she was hungry and that it was delicious. Naturally, we ordered the whiskey cake for dessert and it did not disappoint. It was everything I remembered. From the spiced pecans to the bourbon cream sauce. I hope to stop by before I leave town and get another one for the road!

Their menu has some core offerings that don't really change, along with other items which are seasonal based on whatever ingredients are available locally. Most things served in the restaurant are made in-house from scratch and those ingredients are sourced locally in Oklahoma which I find to be pretty awesome! Their burgers are delicious, so its extremely hard for me to come here and order something other than that, but I have still been impressed when I have ordered other types of entrees. Lastly, you have to try their whiskey cake at LEAST once. I'm weird about my desserts and only eat one type of cake, one type of pie, one type of ice cream, etc... well, I have make an exception for cake. The only type of cake I eat is regular white cake w/ buttercream icing, but I had to create a lone exception for Whiskey Cake's whiskey cake.

Just don't go here…read more I've lived here for 5 years and by far the worst restaurant experience I have had in Oklahoma, and if you see my other reviews I'm pretty forgiving and tend to give spots the benefit of the doubt. This is a place worth an absolute flaming of a review.... But they already wasted enough of my time and energy today so I'll just summarize. No management on scene, no hostess, one server, two bartenders and a restaurant at 50% capacity on Mother's Day at 1 p.m. From walking in to having our orders taken, 30 minutes. 45 minutes later our order of roasted vegetable salad, steak eggs Benedict, and sourdough toast arrived. Salad was very well burnt but my mom was trying to be nice and didn't want to walk out. Eggs Benedict came out with two eggs boiled through, a hollandaise sauce with a sour smell and cold steak. I didn't eat it and no one seemed to notice, had it removed from my bill easy enough, but again zero F's given and no management showed daylight. Wife's toast actually arrived 5 minutes after the 'rest' of the food and the only thing hot and delicious. Toast here is $11, so there's that. No one cares here. From the health violations and poor food safety I saw in the kitchen, the multiple tables I witnessed sending back food to the multiple parties puzzled as to why they weren't being sat or once they were entirely ignored... it was so wildly bad I was embarrassed for everyone else having the same experience. Again, don't go.

All secondary roads are still snow packed so at 11:30 there was only one other couple in the restrauant. The Press is in an old (1920's ?) repourposed building. The interior is comfortable, charming and a bit whimsical. We started with an order of cheese sticks. They were very good and large. I liked that the cheese sticks did not have Italian seasoning in the breading. Jan ordered the chicken fried ribeye with mashed potatoes, cream gravey and green beans. Jan loved it. I took a bite of the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. The green beans were very good. They were loaded with garlic, which I love, but if you're not a garlic fan, I would suggest another side. I ordered the grilled chicked sandwich with waffle fries. The sandwich was good and the waffle fries were excellent. The portions are large and the food quality excellent. The prices reasonable. The menu has variety. The patio space in the front was very secluded and lush, we had it entirely to ourselves. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. They even brought out a water bowl with ice for our pups. Quick shout out to the dinner rolls and butter. I was starving so this held me over while our shareables came out. The Spicy Caesar was nice, loved the hit of heat that came with it. The Chicken Pepperjack Strudel, a signature dish, was really really good. Just wish it was warmer in the center but yea definitely order this. Juan's queso is not a typical queso dish. I came here with a large group of about 8 of us with a reservation made early on. We were seated in a nice, private room and had an overall very lovely experience! First of all, our server Trey was just spot on with all of his recommendations. He recommended the crab cakes, the halibut, and anything that came with the spicy shrimp risotto. Our table got crab cakes to start, and this was probably my favorite dish of the evening! The crab cake was large, fluffy, and full of lump crab topped with a spicy and delicious salsa verde and pico. For the entree I ordered the halibut which was cooked well, but the side of spicy shrimp risotto definitely stole the show (as Trey accurately predicted). Most of our party ordered this and everyone was pretty happy with it! For dessert, our table shared chocolate cake and the coconut creme pie. The chocolate cake was very rich and was probably one of the best chocolate cakes I've had, and I'm not a big chocolate cake person. I still definitely preferred the coconut creme pie, which I would order again next time! Our service was fantastic for the evening, and when Trey tells you to order something, trust him and do it!
