It tends to the rather soggy side, and if you ask for a longer fry time (well done), then the outside is crisp but the inside super dry. I don't mind, but my husband absolutely hates it. There was a bit of a wait, but the cooks were fairly quick in churning out orders, so it wasn't too bad psychologically. The bathrooms were very clean. Wait time is what you'd expect for it being the only In-N-Out in the immediate area. Our order is always taken by a friendly server regardless of the time of day or night - or weather. We have eaten mostly through the drive thru, but have gone inside as well. The food is always made fresh, is hot, and our orders are always correct. What more could you ask for? We definitely recommend stopping here whenever you are in or just passing through Kingman. Nothing like cruising parts of the old Route 66, seeing history, checking out murals, and the occasional car show as you cruise your way back to the freeway or your Airbnb for the night.
