On our way to Las Vegas for an enjoyable getaway. Wonderful service from our waitress however our meal fell short of all expectations. Initially we were told there was no turkey, could she substitute more ham, perhaps some avocado. We answered, yes please. The sandwich arrived, the avocado bring crisp as an apple. Inedible, The bacon minimal, the cheese , a scant sliver. Pointed out to our server that the bread with one of the meals was not delivered. We asked to speak with the manager. There was no apology whatsoever, no offer of an additional piece of bacon or a ripe avocado. Manager suggested another item or the meal removed from the bill.We asked for a refund in which time the sandwich was promptly removed. Upon arrival, we were seated in a booth with a counter height table and a high top stool. As we waited for a server and dangled our feet, we reviewed the menu provided to us. (Arrival time 12:25 pm.... That's twenty five after noon) the table next to us had wraps, salads, and sandwiches. We did not see any of that on the menu. The server came back and we inquired about the items on the table next to us- she responds "we have a lunch menu- would you like that instead?" Yes, please, and I would like a...... "I'll be right back with those waters!" (That we didn't ask for....). We ordered a large salad ($30) to split and a glass of wine each. Inquired about which dressings were made in house. Server returned with a blue cheese and a ranch and said "unfortunately, the blue cheese has egg yolk....." just - WHAT? The waitress service was great, but unfortunately the food and cleanliness were horrible. The sunny-side-up eggs were undercooked -- you could still see the clear egg whites/raw yolk. The hash browns were raw and barely cooked as well. The entire place felt filthy, including the restrooms. If you can drive an extra mile and a half to the next freeway exit, do it. Avoid eating at this Denny's. We all ended up feeling sick afterward with what seemed like food poisoning. Also, to the employee picking up dirty plates: please use deodorant. The hygiene issue and strong body odor while customers are trying to eat was very unpleasant and honestly grossed us out. We ended up leaving more than half the food untouched because it simply wasn't worth eating. If you can avoid this location, I highly recommend doing so. read more

Stopped in for lunch while traveling. Place was not real busy. Seated & food was ordered super fast. Wait staff was very attentive. We got are orders & they were super fresh and hot. I had the Bourbon Burger with fries. Very big and delicious. If you're looking for a great burger try this one. My wife & sister in law had breakfast fares. I see some false advertising here. Compare the picture of Prime Rib Cobb Salad on their menu page with what they gave me. No bacon whatsoever. I have no idea why they put cucumber in it if it wasn't listed in the description. Meat prices are much less than shown on the menu. Also, in the morning they served my breakfast which contained hash brown (that was described in the menu as "crispy") with couple of lightly brown potatoes on the top and completely raw potato under it. This is an older Denny's. It was busy at 7:30 tonight. My server was Jordan and she did a great job with my service. She was busy but checked back and got the food quickly served. She was pleasant and hopefully a little recognition for doing a good job. I ordered off the special menu. Half superbird sandwich and choice of fries or soup. And added a side salad. Sandwich came out hot and was freshly made. The Turkey and tomato and cheese on toasted sour dough hit the spot. The waffle like fries were plenty and hot. Salad was fresh and nicely presented. Absolutely horrifying, to say the least! I'm praying that Yelp offers the option to give 0 stars sooner than later, because this service was by far the worst food I've ever had in my 21 years of living. The ONLY good I can possibly give is to say that ONE of the hostesses was very kind and sweet...that's it. Our waitress got our order wrong, and we waited about 20 minutes for a disaster of a meal. We asked for a orange juice and fruit bowl, but didn't receive either. To start, the pancakes were over-cooked and raw at the same time. There were spots that were extremely wet and soggy, and then parts that were crunchy and tasteless. They were sweating, like when you grab something out of the microwave...hmm. So dry and the pancakes didn't event come with syrup, and being that I was desperate for any food, I ate half of the plate. Biggest mistake, and I wish I could U-Turn my choice to even step foot in this Denny's. I asked for scrambled eggs, I received over cooked eggs that tasted horrendous, that came with a side of hash browns, bacon and sausage. I didn't even ask for the meat, being that I don't eat that kind of meat, or even meat that isn't halal. I understand she didn't know this, but the reason I bring it up, is because the meat was touching my eggs, and everything on that plate looked like it was picked out of one of the dumpsters in the back. But wait, it gets worse. My brother ordered a veggie omelet, asked for no mushrooms...there were mushrooms, and he could barely digest or even chew what was in that omelet. So many ingredients inside were raw or drenched with oil. We were both too stunned to speak. The bread was dipped in butter and was very stale. The bathroom was far from clean, yet they had a sign that said Safety and Cleanliness is Denny's #1 priority. That's not what I saw. We both feel sick to our stomachs. Prison food isn't this horrible, and I wouldn't wish this type of meal upon anyone that walked foot on this Earth. Service was excellent, and friendly. Burger was smashed flat and very dry. Not sure what the cook was attempting to do, but it failed.

Our server, Kandice did a great job...friendly, quick service and got the order just as we requested.

I asked Gigi, who is very friendly and has lots of local knowledge, to ask the kitchen to make the bacon on my BLT extra crispy. She heard. She wrote it down. Look at the photo. Not crispy at all. Gross. Didn't eat that half of the BLT. Interestingly, the bacon on the other half of the BLT was crispy. The sandwich was miniscule. Small slices of white bread, a bit of lettuce and one slice of a very small tomato on each half. The Onion Rings, for which I paid extra to upgrade from French Fries, consisted of four rings. I ate it. It didn't taste good at all. It literally took half an hour from the time we ordered until we received our order. When we were getting ready to leave, we asked Gigi for the check. She then noticed that my husband's water glass was empty and offered him more water. Not now. He would have liked it five or ten minutes ago but not as we walk out the door.
