I decided to give them another chance this year for Superbowl ordered a large order for a party I was hosting the week before believing the website which made it seem ordering way in advance would ensure prompt pickup. I was so wrong store was packed and some employees including the manger were insulting customers and yelling at them. Such unprofessional I don't understand how this location is still in business I waited hours and after asking a few times found out my order had been cancelled by the manger no explanation. I paid in advance and asked for my refund slip but was cursed at so I left. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card if someone for corporate can contact me regarding my refund that would be great.
