Don't think I will be coming back to this place again. The combo is tiny. Even with paying extra for old school steak sandwich, the meat on there is very limited. Very small amount of fries too. It's not worth the money in my opinion. Service is okay, nothing to comment about. I went back and asked and confirm if this is the right amount of meat, they said yes. No actions after, but I wasn't expecting any actions either.

The food was great but that's expected of cheesecake. Ambiance is always good too but the service here was atrocious! We came here for a quick happy hour and it was not busy at all. Literally more staff than people. We waited forever to order then when you needed anything or a refill, you had to wait 10-15 minutes for the group of employees that were all at the side of the bar just chatting having fun, cracking jokes. It was very annoying. Some people are in a rush and got things to do. What kind of manager on duty allows this behavior to have 4-5 employees all standing next to the bar and laughing and joking about while customers are waiting for their refills and check. We decided we did not want dessert and just to leave because of this bad service. I still left a standard 15% tip even though it was unnecessary. Won't be coming back to this location. At one point 5 employees were just chilling. But I took a pic of the main 3 that decided to not take their shifts seriously and to just chit chat at work all day.

Saddest buffalo chicken ever. One piece of chicken (near center) has slight amount of buffalo sauce.

The website made everything look awesome! Unfortunately, what you actually get is disappointment. Not being able to tell which sub is buffalo chicken (opposed to steak) tells me they were made very poorly. I saw one drop of buffalo sauce. They didn't add ranch as requested. Fiesta fries didn't have cheese. Didn't even get the plain fries we ordered, or the cheese sauce sides. Or napkins. Or a straw for the drink. In summary: 3/3 subs were wrong to some extent and sad looking. Missing fries. Bad experience.

They skipped my order and did 8 orders before mine. I waited for at least 30 minutes. I understand that the service industry is hard, especially because I work in it currently and have had my worst day ever just yesterday. I was still polite but it's frustrating that this happened to me the day after that horrid work day for me. I admit the food is good, and I don't fully blame the workers. It didn't come up on the screen for them apparently. But I did have to tell them twice about my skipped order before they started it.

I had high hopes for this place, and it failed me. One area where they definitely excel is their customer service, but the food is sub-par. As a Domino's employee who makes philly steaks as a side dish, I was eager to try a philly steak from a "real" philly steak place, but I was unimpressed. For me, a "real" philly place should not rely on additional toppings like banana peppers or pickles or mayo to taste good, but in my opinion it's only worth eating with the banana peppers. Also mushrooms were lacking. The chicken sandwich sample was amazing, but that's not their main dish.

We were walking around the food court trying to decide what to eat and this friendly guy asked if we'd like a sample of one of their chicken subs (#2 can't remember the name). It was really tasty so we decided to eat here. I ordered the #8 which was a steak philly with grilled onions, jalapeños, and white American cheese. The sandwiches come in 3 sizes small, regular, large (I think) I had a regular (see picture). If you do a combo you get the choice to upgrade to cheese fries or plain and you get a medium drink. Choices are regular, strawberry or blueberry lemonade, soda or iced tea. The staff was very friendly, food was exactly as ordered; hot, fresh and FAST! They also asked if I'd like mayo, lettuce and tomato on it. We made a good choice selecting this place to eat today. Highly recommend.

Not bad. I had a regular Philly cheesesteak which tasted fine. Good amount of meat, veggies tasted fresh and bread was soft with a nice toasty exterior. A little bit on the pricey side though. I paid about $12 for the sandwich, fries and drink. Counters were a little messy but service was friendly. Wouldn't exactly be my first choice in this food court but I would eat here again.

Their tater tots alone are practically a meal. They're crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and well-seasoned without being overly salty. They're great with ketchup, but I like mixing half of them with my homemade lemon pepper seasoning, which takes them to another level. The cheesesteaks are generously portioned and packed with tender, buttery beef smothered in plenty of melted cheese. Every bite is rich, savory, and satisfying, making this the perfect spot whenever you're craving a hearty, cheesy sandwich.

Their menu is very limited but honestly, quality over quantity. Based off the reviews and photos that I saw on Yelp, I decided to get the 'West Coast Cheesesteak' in a large to share between two people. They let you choose what cheese you want and the reviews said that the cheddar cheese sauce was amazing. Honestly, I wish I stuck with what I like and got the provolone. The cheddar cheese sauce wasn't my cup of tea but the two people that I shared it with said it was really good. I did also wish that the bread was more toasted and the entire cheesesteak had more texture to it. The bell peppers added a nice spice to each bite and was honestly my favorite thing about the sandwich. It was also $20 for one cheesesteak.

To my surprise the cheesesteak sandwich was absolutely delicious, probably the best one I had in a long long time. I had mushroom cheesesteak with cheese fries. The bread was soft, the meat was tender and tasty (slightly too salty). The fries were crisp and cheesy. The works sandwich was a bit too spicy for us. The sandwiches came in 3 sizes: 8 inch, 12 inch and 18 inch. Definitely will come back for more :)

Walked in to a sick looking spot that had a nice atmosphere to it. Food was ready to go brought it back home and opened that baby up. I went with the Pepper Steak with sweet peppers and Mrs Gorger went with the Cheez Wiz Steak. These were humongous cheesesteaks which I love. I mean just look at the pictures and tell me your mouth isn't drooling for some of that. One bite and it was so fresh, so tasty, so juicy, so amazing. Absolutely stunning and delicious. If you love a good cheese cheesy cheesesteak then I highly recommend you get the Cheez Wiz because that one was SO gooey and cheesy just the perfect amount. Now I always know that fries are never the best to go but this place wrapped their fries up like a sandwich which was the first I've ever seen and did it work. They didn't come out soggy at all. Such a nice touch that every restaurant needs to be apart of. The cheese dipping sauce was KILLER. Everything about this just makes you want to rub your belly, gorge, and eat while enjoying some World Cup matches which is exactly what happened. Absolutely amazed by Gaglione and shoutout to whoever gave us an extra fry too, I salute to you! Best, TBG (The Big Gorger)

I've been around the country and the world and while you may be an expert on pizza you didn't do your due diligence here. Pop ups are cool, but if the goal isn't a brick and mortar empire you're diluting the trademark and your own brand by stumbling out of the gate. The grease stained through the wrapper and the bag, the delivery driver wasn't even driving with it on his floor. It's almost as if the meat was fried and then cheese melted on top. I've never seen this much grease on any cheesesteak. The meat was overcooked (crispy) which is not what you should be going for, the bread was wrong (hoagies are cool, but you need some crust, the good one's are almost always amoroso or maybe house made). The cheese fell all the way out. More on the wrapper than in the sandwich. Mushrooms, peppers and onions were undercooked and under seasoned. If you're only going to have 4 options, try a little harder on the execution. Maybe it's the kitchen (Buca, I see you drop shipping for everyone). I don't know if you have your own team or are using theirs, but something isn't working. There price on ubereats is for a 6, but the uncharge to a 12 was wild.
