Me and my wife were shopping inside Walmart early August when my stomach "growl" and my "palate" and roof of my mouth was craving for Wentzel which I was going to order! the server said, they still have to cook and wait for 15 minutes. So much for my pretzel craves which made me feel somewhat sad and downcast. When I turned my head to the left and saw a special deal sign of some wingless chicken with STEAK fries and a drink, my chinky eyes went big and lit up cause it really sparked my belly interest ! Needless to say, I am happy and ready to order cause I thought it was a winner and a deal UNTIL Miss Brandy (Manager) with a beautiful smile with a braded hair approach me to elaborate on Charleys menu, explained the cooking process and they make it FRESHHHHHHH ! She was kind, nice and professional to the point when she asked me .... have you tried our PHILLY CHEESE STEAK sandwich that comes with steak fries? I said, no and she gave me a look as if she is telling me, BOY you are missing a lot! Considering we have to head back to CALI and I felt she was not candy coating the Charley's philly cheese steaks description, I thought I ordered and give it a try. Attached is the photos of my order that came with banana peppers, Slices of dill pickles and all the condiments. I recommend to check it out and to those who read my this review! CMON, just looking at it Already looks good and what more if you buy and taste it and get the same treatment? Shout out to BRANDY and EMMA who forgot my other chicken order but met me at the parking lot while being baked at 110 degrees which is all good! Today we have visited Charleys Cheesesteaks . They have one of the best cheesesteak in town. ( I don't understand why they have such a low rating, because our food was delicious and the service was excellent too). Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. Their Chicken California is amazing too. Whatever you order on the menu, you can not go wrong. All of their cheesesteaks are juicy and flavorful ! We have also had their chicken wings and milkshakes, very tasty . The staff were friendly, very fast and helpful. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Overall: great customer service experience and delicious food . We definitely highly recommend it to anyone who likes cheesesteaks!!!! This location is conveniently located inside the Walmart store. read more

A nice clean dining area with plenty of tables and a nice product. People are great and it's conveniently inside Wally's mart. The cashier was most friendly and did her best to answer a question she wasn't trained to answer. She even wished Mrs. E a happy Mother's Day. We like her. Since we are in an area where some folks just aren't fluent English speakers, the other two employees couldn't help. They were great getting their job done, but it's difficult to communicate finer points. The Chicken Teriyaki cheesesteak was quite tasty. Size vs cost was pretty fair. The fries were terrific, the kind with a little skin left on. Maybe it was a good cooking oil? All I know is they were great. What's better is, they provide malt vinegar and ketchup. Now there's a party! Take care when you combo here. If you order a combo with a large icee and regular fries, it's an additional $6.78 (Picture posted). Worst experience I ever had. The order taker (Robert) was rude and sarcastic and wouldn't answer my question. Then they proceeded to try to charge me $.30 for water. And then when the sandwich came, it was all falling apart and stale. The bread was falling apart. I'll never eat here again. Fast food franchises are complaining that people are not going to their restaurants anymore. It's because he's cheap bastards. Keep Nickel and diming you. Water is a common staple for any restaurant and it has always been provided free. To start charging you for tapwater is unacceptable. And everybody I tell that Charlie is doing this. I'll say the same thing they won't eat there. So enjoy Einsteins you guys are doing great. Watch is more and more of your business goes downhill. read more

Ordered the old school, which was delicious! It has extra meat & lots of cheese sauce. My lil sis is picky and she loved it, even the sautéed onions (which she usually doesnt eat onions). Cones are $1 and they aren't stingy. Staff was friendly & service was fast. Ambiance is like a regular fast food joint. I recommend downloading the app to get rewards and some money off. The sandwich was pretty expensive in my opinion (15.29 for large). Taste 5/5, but price is what made me rate it 4/5 overall. read more

The Food isn't the Problem Here. Multiple visits and always consistent. I walked up to the counter and stood there for multiple mins while Kaine (the employee) lingered around until he realized I must be a customer & not loitering. He took my order and proceeded to text on his phone and send Instagram voice memos. I wasn't entirely sure what to expect from a fast food cheese steak place inside a Walmart. I'll admit, though, that I was cautiously optimistic. I am also big enough to admit that I left pleasently surprised. I ordered a regular (medium) cheese steak sandwich which comes with meat, grilled onions and mushrooms, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato and pickles. Those last few cold toppings are less traditional in my mind but I'll roll with it. I took it to go so I could get home and out of the wind before dining in peace. I also ordered a chocolate chale which I began to sip before I got my sandwich. The shake was surprisingly good. Very rich. Very chocolately. Topped with whipped cream. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was half gone before I got home to start in on the sandwich. The sandwich was solid. A nice soft roll. Adequate meat. A nice balance of hot grilled toppings and the aforemention cold toppings. Maybe it wasn't quite traditional to what I know of a Philly but the contrast was nice. Especially the pickles. The cool, crisp tang of a pickle cuts through the rich fattiness of the meat and cheese. No bad, Charley's. Not bad. The price here is about on par with other cheese steak places. The size and the overall quality is somewhat less. If you're at Walmart and hungry for a cheese steak, this isn't a bad option. They were quick. They were friendly. And the food is a-ok. read more

My husband and I decided to come and try Charley's, and this little girl, Bri, ruined it for us. She didn't greet us. I said hello first and got the attitude "for here or to go," like, wow. I ordered the food, and I didn't know I didn't get a combo. She never asked because of the way the menu was set up. She was so bothered I didn't want to ask, and I just wanted to get the food and leave. At first, I thought she was alone when she came to the register and started working on our food, and two more workers came out and acted like they didn't want to be bothered either. We said 10 PC CLASSIC WINGS with Buffalo and LEMON PEPPER RUB and they put BBQ! My husband had to go back to fix the order and it's not worth $26. YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK HERE IF YOU'RE THAT BOTHERED! I happened to stumble upon this restaurant after shopping at the Walmart. Initially, I intended to get a cheesesteak but decided to try the wings instead. Previously, I only bought wings from Buffalo's at Galleria, however after they changed suppliers and the wings there have gotten small and hard, I was done with wings for a while. Well to my surprise, not only was the customer service great thanks to Ms. Cassandra, but the wings were outstanding. I have since had them two more times and even had some delivered today. Kudos for making me a happy camper and a new ongoing wings customer. I shall try the cheesesteak at some point, but for now, I can't say enough about the wings. read more

First of all, i work couple stores down. I called them around 750pm to see what time they close. The woman on the phone said 10pm but last call is 950pm. No big deal i went on my 30 min break to go there ordered a small sandwhich and a chicken wings combo with fries. The girl working alone had red hair and was by herself . She maybe had 3 customers ahead of me so no big deal wasn't trying to rush her since she's on by herself and thought that 30 minutes was a good amount of time to get my food. 15minutes passes and more customers were coming in and the girl's attitude changed . She started putting sandwiches on the counter without the paper wraps under it, she yelled for another employee to come out i guess she claimed she was on break. The other girl had glasses with maybe white and black long braids and started to help the other girl out. Couple more minutes passed i guess they started bickering and complaining about orders in front of us customers while we waited in the dining area, they were really loud.30 minutes passes and immediately was already thinking that they never got to my order so i went up with my friend to see how long it was going to take &if they never started it we kindly asked if we could have a refund. We were told that they started my order and was going to take a minute or so to get it done. Saw the girl in red hair throwing my order in the fryer with attitude as we watched her do my order. 10 minutes passes and we finally got our food. They forgot my friends drink and immediately makes it after she reminded them about it. But, after she took her drink from the employee with braids , she told the other employee that she snatched her drink out her hand which she didn't because we were rushing to get back to work. These two ladies were very unprofessional and rude up to the point they gave us our food. They were having inappropriate conversations with each other in front of customers , and the way the girl with red hair handled our orders you could see that she hated being there and wasn't afraid to show that in front of us. Overall food was good but, them employees got to go! As long as they are there we need to be aware how they handle customers orders . read more

Food should not take more than a half hour. The ladies are great yes but to be doing one sandwich at a time is insane. We were number 8? 9? And we stayed 15 minutes before they barely had 6 done! It's insane, the ladies working move slow, a bread getting burnt, and overall a terrible experience. I ended up buying a damn rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes after waiting for so long! I feel sorry for the person putting their money into this one. And I feel sorry for the ladies having to work alone. It should be 4 people in that kitchen! Money was refunded, will I go back? This was number 5 of the Charleys that I have visited in the valley! This one has great customer service and a the dining room is filled with music for you to relax and enjoy whist eating your philly or wings! Although this store is all the way out here in Henderson it is worth the drive! I happened to catch up with the manager who's name is Brandy and told me she "takes pride in having a clean and comfortable restaurant for her guests to enjoy!" My husband and I stopped by Charley's Cheesesteak & wings inside Walmart located on Mark Street in Henderson today since we had time to kill while charging our electric car . The man behind the register rang up our food wrong . We wanted the Kimchi Fries and got the Kimchi Sandwich. We went up and got it corrected. Man was kind . Then when our food arrived sandwiches were wrong, dry and tasted plain. We both got the Teriyaki Chicken. I dont use this app often but when i experienced what i experienced it made me take the time to download and write this review. To start off the food was pretty good. I just ordered some fries and an order of the cheese sticks and they came were done quickly. Unfortunately im giving this place 1 star because of a rude encounter with an associate. This place JUST opened so i was excited to try it. Its located in Walmart so went did my shopping and was headed towards the checkout area when all of a sudden a lady came from behind me and yelled "EXCUSE ME" and proceeded to run in front of me and say that I was taking up the whole aisle. Which i wasnt. There was PLENTY of room for her to go around. Like i said i was walking towards the check out line. She yelled so loud that people started to stare obviously causing a scene. I said "well excuse me". I guess she didnt like that i responded in her same tone so she proceeded to yell rude comments across the store. The further she got the louder she got lol. I chalked it up to it just being another angry walmart customer. Proceeded to give Charleys a chance. Went in and noticed she was behind the counter working as a cashier. She didn't show me respect and argued with me in inappropriate language which threw me off.
