She never checked on us once when we had our food. When we were finished and she dropped off our paid bill, there wasn't a "thanks for coming" or "have a great day" or an even a smile. It was a bit too smoky for my taste but still very flavorful. Finally, the chili was a very tasty standard chili, just the way I like it. Not too spicy and no crazy, "what is that flavor I'm tasting?" kind of spices in there either. It was a bit of a loose chili with plenty of chunks of tender brisket throughout.
