To make matters worse, they shortcut the cooking by deep-frying the bacon and home fries before finishing them on the grill, leaving the food completely oversaturated with grease. Apparently the $9.99 is the base price for just the eggs, and each item is added for $0.99 each. So when we ordered we were asked if we want all the veggies, it was unclear that this meant do you want to add $10 worth of extra items to the omelette. (Cheese is somehow extra too). The food was fine. Not worth $38 for eggs, toast homefries and the aforementioned omelette. So this is a once and done for us. And yes as others have said this is a cash only place.

The wait staff are rude, incompetent and slow. The owner must be blind if he thinks there not smoking Marijuana on the job. All the employees are baked and the owner has no clue. I have been a waitress for 30 years. Worked in some great places. Charlie's diner however has no sense. A staff of dim witted girls who are snobby and clicking.
