We don't live in the area so we did a drop in visit (not the membership). Everyone was very friendly and gave us a tour. I would recommend calling ahead to ask how busy it is, I imagine there might be a wait for the showers (only 2 available) if it is very crowded. Luckily for us it was empty on Monday morning, this seems like a great time to go! A Cute outdoor patio to work is available as well.

There was a calming screen with a timer to time your session. It was great alternating between the cold and warm tubs. The room was clean. It was unclear on if temperatures varied in the different tubs in the room, there were about 13 sets in the room. There was a small seating area at entrance of plunge room with chairs to use for the Hyperice recovery boots. The Locker Room was a bit small. Luckily it was just me and my friend there. If the place was full it would be challenging with limited seating and counter space. There were lockers with a code to lock your belongings. The sauna was in the locker room as well as two showers, one was a vitamin C shower. They had all the amenities to shower and get ready there even a Dyson Hair Dryer. There were plenty of towels! There was also an outdoor seating area.

She immediately made my daughter feel comfortable while challenging her to improve. We've also had lessons with Coach Chet and Coach Max, and my daughter has loved working with all of them. This spring was our first season on an HQ4 travel team, and it was a fantastic experience. Coach Deja and Coach Max made an incredible coaching team. We watched our girls improve with every tournament, both individually and as a team. They struck the perfect balance of holding the players accountable while encouraging and building their confidence--exactly what teenage athletes need. Each time, Coach Caleb takes the time to explain the "why" so that my son can understand the correct way to approach his swing and pitching motion. Our group of 15 reserved an area for a birthday party and everything went fine. Several of the players had played here before, so I was totally outgunned. Lots of fun and laughter after a game. I thought the check-in, training, and gear set up clunky in need of streamlining. For example, the safety portion could be recorded and a waiver signed when completed. The prohibition and removal of piercings came off moralistic (as was the repetitive preaching against profanity) and less about safety and having a good time. Felt like I was back at church camp only with sniper training. Overall, it was a fun afternoon with a few round bruises as souvenirs for the next two days.
