I quickly called Heliflights and explained to Kevin that I would lose out on using a Groupon because it was set to expire the following Tuesday. In addition, I had trouble receiving an email to reset my password, which I needed in order to reschedule. Within two minutes, Kevin rebooked a flight for me. While explaining the details, he also managed to send me a confirmation email of our agreement (honoring the Groupon after the expiration date) and another email to reset my password.
