When I called, they told me to come in anyway, which I really appreciated. Once I got there, everyone was so kind and accommodating. I asked about getting a fill and changing my nail shape from coffin to something new and they immediately said they could do it. They were so patient with me and even didn't charge extra for the shape change since it was my first time there, which meant a lot. They stayed open past closing to finish my nails and I didn't feel rushed at all. Via did an amazing job and I absolutely love how my nails turned out! Overall, such a great experience. I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid using Apple Pay, and the money was immediately taken from my account, but over a week later the refund still has not been returned. Instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, I felt harassed during the interaction and was even threatened with the police. I ended up paying cash just to avoid further problems. I came here for a pedicure and unfortunately had the worst experience I've ever had. I used to do my own toes, and even that looked better than what I walked out with. During the appointment, I politely asked the technician to clean up the gel polish that was on my cuticles. She attempted to file it down a bit, but the result was still very messy. The entire pedicure felt rushed and no attention to detail. The next day, I couldn't stand how they looked, so I called the salon and spoke with who I believe is the owner. She asked me to send photos (which I've included here) and offered to fix them. I went back in, but the same technician did them again and sadly, the result was just as bad the second time. I got my toes done as well, and they were cleanly done. I had a small concern when it came to the flower, and they listened to my concern and fixed it right away. Used to be my mom's favorite nail bar, but management changed around 2022 ish and I had my last-despicable - encounter that same year. I was going to a bday thing the next day and needed my nails to look decent, previous ones were growing out, so planned to get a simple generic light pink on gel x mani and gel pedi, my usual. My person did a very poor job, there were bumps on my nails, corners were not painted, it looked like a child had painted my nails. I hate being on high alert during a nail appointment, the goal is to relax and let them do their job, but here I had to remind her to paint the parts of my nails that were very visibly not painted from the sides, for several nails. Then she did three coats for some nails and two for others and I guess because of the quality of shade of pink it was making the nails look different colors because that third coat made the color more opaque. I actually wouldn't have minded, it would've looked pretty cool, but The paint job was a complete hack job. It looked horrible. I tried to convey this to my nail person but there was a slight language barrier, no biggie, she called a manager over who was so incredibly rude, she told me that this is the best they can do and that they don't usually do three coats of paint. I told her that I hadn't especially asked for three coats, but she kept talking over me, was definitely making the other patrons in the salon uncomfortable. I asked her do you think that this is an acceptable nail job? My nails were probably in better condition and looked more acceptable before I walked in. It looks like I tried to do them at home. And I just wasted two hours. She waved her hand in the air and said you don't have to pay, but you are welcome to go. I didn't have time to go to another salon as this was a Sunday and around 4 pm at this point. So I went to Sephora, ask someone for help, they referred me to the Essie no uv light needed gloss and color, did another hack job on my nails, went to my event the next day and hid my nails. This place was pretty good! It was my first time here and my nail tech was super sweet. She greeted me immediately and took me without an appointment. She did a wonderful job on my pedicure. They were fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. Quality was on par. My pedicure was okay but the "massage" was basically spreading the lotion around, the salt scrub lasted 15 seconds and the scabbing of the feet lasted another 20 seconds. I went there to get my nails done for my birthday :( the nail tech was really rough on my finger my finger started bleeding while she was working on it and when I looked at it the cut was really deep . After the work was done two of my nails looked chunky because of all the excess product on it so I asked her to do it again cause it looked bad And after all of that when I was about to pay she asked me to tip her which is really disrespectful. I come here on average three times a month, for the simple service of callous removal from my feet. As such, the skin is not a nightmare, no cracking, not thick, etc. I take care of my feet and use products on them specifically designed to prevent drying and cracking. I think every time I come here I get a different person, and that is fine with me. The reason for my low star review is consistency. Sometimes they do a really great job. Other times, like just now, the technician is angry, rough, in a rush, And does a substandard job. Regardless, I tip at least 25%. Today, after receiving, rushed and subpar service, she did not even say thank you for the tip on top of that. Which makes me rethink the way I do things. From now on I need to figure out who is caring and does a good and thorough job and only request them. I will be giving this person a larger tip than 25%, knowing they deserve it. read more

I got a gel pedicure and the service was far below average. Here's what went wrong for me: I chose the basic pedicure, which includes cuticle care, however the nail tech didn't even push my cuticles back? 1) I've never had a nail appointment where they didn't use a cuticle softener, pushed them back, and trimmed them so this was a first. So the application of my gel is uneven at my cuticle base. 2) She was brushing so fast she didn't take the time to clean up the gel she got on my skin, which resulted in her filing away a portion of the top coat (as pictured.) The application on this specific toe is uneven, not to mention EXTREMELY lumpy and bubbly. 3) My "massage" (I wouldn't even call it that) I got at the end was basically her rubbing oil on my legs, and the ENTIRE time she was checking her little timer to see how long she had left. This whole appointment was extremely disappointing and honestly not relaxing whatsoever. It was my first time visiting and I've never been so uncomfortable in a nail salon. read more

A few things: the salon is airy (huge front doors kept open), the staff is friendly (I brought my fur-baby and no one minded) and my nail tech did a freaking flawless job! Wow! (I get French acrylic which is kind of the nail version of doing missionary in the dark.) But to my credit, I do get the almond shape acrylics, which pay a pretty homage to the 80s. Absolutely great salon. Staff is trained very well and nails always come out great. However, the price changes quite frequently. I came to the salon because the salon nearby was doing the same. I kept pulling my hand away and telling him it burned. He never apologized. He clipped my nails and didn't even file or clean or anything. The entire experience was bad overall. His work turned out okay but it doesn't make up for the bad experience. Then he expected a nice tip. Absolutely not. Tip is earned. Amazing place to get a pedicure, at any budget. Their salon is clean, upscale, and they are very welcoming. My husband and I decided to stop by and see if they could do a couple of walk-in pedicures. They immediately said yes and got us set up. We both got the gold pedicure for $50 each and it was amazing! Our nail technicians were gentle yet effective, and were quiet to let us just relax.
