Very disappointed in the service and how they handled this situation. Also the job he did on my nails is so cheap, and looks horrible. They didn't even apologize. I said I wanted a basic pedicure, and even if for some reason they thought that meant gel on my feet, why would they assume I didn't want dip on my hands? The man was extremely rude, he said that the price was $60 and that they never said $55. Now the owner is admitting she said $55. Who says "I want to see the gel colors?". I had to point it to to her. 3 days later, that's still very sore and red, although healing. I didn't like how she filed my nails and kept asking her to make them rounded, but she didn't seem to notice they were still square. She applied the coats haphazardly and some nails she put the polish up to and slightly over the cuticle, and some she didn't get near the cuticle so it looks as if my nails have already grown out a lot from the polish. I had to file a lot of sticky edges off when I got home. Hopefully they'll last a while, bur I'm really displeased with my experience. On the plus side, everyone was very nice. On the down side, it seemed that they didn't have very good hygienic rules and the file she used on me we obviously used.
