I'm extremely happy with my gel chrome pedicure--the service and pricing were both excellent. Although I didn't catch the technician's name, she did a fantastic job. Despite fitting me into an already busy schedule, she took her time and was very thorough. I also opted for callus removal, and the results exceeded my expectations. Because I train in jiu-jitsu, my feet can become quite rough, so it felt wonderful to leave with them feeling soft and well cared for again. She paid close attention to detail, shaping my nails, addressing cuticles, and ensuring everything looked polished. Overall, I highly recommend this salon. I do suggest making an appointment in advance, as they may not accept walk-ins. read more

It was my first time coming to this shop. I was a walk in so I sat and waited to be seen. I let them know I wanted gel extensions and that was all. When it was my turn I went to the back and let the guy know what color, design, and shape I wanted for my gel extensions. The guy doing my nails was nice. Not overly rough like I've experienced at some places. The design came out good. Not exactly how I wanted but still very nice! Giving it 3 stars because this was a very simple design to do and the total cost was $86 and that's pretty absurd for gel nails and not a complex design. Won't be going here again because it's overpriced but the end results are good! Edit: found out the price was increased because the guy did a peticure without asking me if that what I wanted. I did my research on yelp and decided to come here based on the wonderful reviews and pictures. I am so happy that I did! This place is small yet functional and inviting when you walk in. I was kindly greeted and quickly seated at my station which was nice. In my past experience, I have had to wait 10-15 minutes in other nail salons, even with an appointment! It could be that it was a weekday, but in any case I was happy to be taken care of right away. I chose dip powder on my natural nails with design. Helen was my nail technician, and she kindly helped me pick out the right color that I had in mind. They have a wide variety of colors here. The hard part was choosing. I came prepared and had a picture of my design, but I wanted my own spin on it. Helen had suggestions for me and we collaborated on what the best outcome would be. Well, she literally NAILED it and I couldn't be more happier with the outcome. She was speedy, yet efficient with the whole process of working her magic on my nails. I was surprised at how fast she managed to finish, and blown away by the details and beauty of the final design. So happy I found this little shop. They go above and beyond with their customer service and every service I've ever received has been top notch. I've only gotten pedicures and basic manicures with nail painting until today- alone with a deluxe pedicure and matching polish I got a poly gel nail set done and love the result. Was originally thinking powder dip and maybe even acrylics but happy with the polygel. June does great attentive pedicures and Helen did a great job helping me pick the best nails for me because I was uneducated on the differences and was pleasantly surprised with the choice. I feel bad leaving a 2* review because my manicure was good, prices were reasonable, and the business was friendly, but it was the cleanliness of the salon that made me feel very uncomfortable. The salon was very busy when I went in for my appointment (first visit here). They had me sit down at a station immediately after the client before me was finished and stood up. They didn't change the towel she had her manicure on, which was covered in nail dust, etc. They took off my gel with used rotary bits that were all from a grubby little bowl, and then proceeded to cut my nails with a clipper that wasn't sterilized. After that, I was moved to another station which did seem to have a clean towel, but I was nervous about it all, so I changed my original request from a gel manicure to a regular polish. The nail tools they used came out from the back, so I assuming (hoping) they had just been cleaned, but they weren't in a sealed bag so hard to know. The polish jars handles are not kept that clean, which I know doesn't mean anything as far as the product, but speaks to the overall cleanliness of the business. The manicure was well done, so I'm grateful for that, but felt it was worth others knowing about the experience from a sanitary standpoint. read more

I booked an appointment because of all the great reviews I had read. It was a disappointment. I wanted a simple manicure. What I got was slightly more than a polish change. What made things worse is the tech cut my cuticle, causing it to bleed. She sprayed a little alcohol on it and continued to polish my nails. She spent no time shaping my nails or pushing back the cuticles. It was done in 20 minutes. The place was a bit cramped and cluttered. I won't be returning. read more

I took my two sons and we got 3 pedicures. They did a good job with the boys although one of them was not friendly at all even though these were their first pedicures. For me, they didn't use anything to dry the polish on my toes and it smeared immediately as I left and when I got back they said it was because I didn't select gel and I would let to need it dry for 2 hours, and that's why I should have done gel. I asked if getting regular polish meant it smears. When they redid the nail that smeared they didn't do a good job- it was not smooth but at that point I didn't want to lose more time. They put a fan there to dry. Disappointing esp since I not only got 3 pedicures, I tipped 20%. read more

A simple "I don't know how to do that" would've let me go to another place. I choose this place because of the reviews and pictures. When it came time for the design, my nail tech pulled out all the powders and couldn't find gold. So I settled for a different accent color. Then they attempted an ombré with an air brush machine and it was coloring the whole nail!! I've always had ombré done with a sponge or something. So I ended up with a solid color. I have been coming here for years, lately I have not because of the wait times even with an appointment. I went in last Tuesday , I had made an appointment but still had to wait. A young short man ended up doing my nails HUGE MISTAKE! I had never seen him there ! He was extremely rude the whole time! I went in to do powder dip! 2 of my nails were broken and he said he would add tips ! I said no if he can just cut them shorter ! He insisted so I said ok ! He ended up putting on tips on almost all nails when they did not need them! He obviously did this to charge me more ! It was a horrible experience ! I called after I left because I showed my family and they agreed they looked horrible ! I called and spoke to the owner , she said she can cut them Shorter but that's all ! As I was explaining the situation she hung up on me ! This whole experience took over an hour and a half with an appointment ! That man was just unprofessional and I doubt he has a license ! Never coming here again , I will keep going to polish nails where they are professional ! I will post pictures soon ! Good thing I am getting them re done this week somewhere else ! Update: I called back two days after (during the weekend when I could come back) and the owner was able to squeeze me in within an hour of calling to fix my manicure and did a killer job!! Friendly staff. I usually go to home based nail techs but decided to try a nail salon. I got acrylics & it was super quick(45ish mins). Nails are decent. They make sure you're okay with the shape & color. Didn't notice my French tip was a little uneven until I left. Cuticles aren't super clean but for a last minute thing it was okay. Seemed like there was a lot of regulars. Nails did feel a little sore the next day which doesn't happen when I go to home based nail techs (some salons tend to use cheaper products not so safe for your nails) Paid $73 for this read more
