If you don't have cash, he has QR codes for digital payments and once it goes through you can hear his phone notification from his car. When he's done making the bread and ready to chop it, he will ask you how spicy you want it. You can say "xiao la" for mild or say yes and nod your head for the regular spicy lol. Their presentation was beautiful! We each ordered a plate, which included rice, beans, and our choice of two items. The guy who helped us was so nice and let me sample a few items before I made my decision. My husband ordered chile verde and beef.
