Whenever I'm craving late night tacos, this is the truck to be at! They provide friendly service and delicious quality food. Located right across Nogales High School, this truck is easy to spot. There is plenty of parking nearby. Unfortunately, there is no outdoor seating provided. But there is a ledge to sit, if you want to eat these tasty tacos right off the truck. During the late nights, the ambiance/surrounding is quiet and for the vibes. It's a wonderful place to grab a bite and catch up with your friends. We ordered a horchata, 8 tacos, and a nacho for two people. The total came out to $29. $3 for the horchata, $2 per taco, and $10 for the nachos. The horchata was a little watered down, but was extremely refreshing. Whenever they ask if I want everything on the tacos, I say "YES"! I highly recommend trying the Tripa and Lengua. Those two are personally my favorite. I also use the green sauce and avocado sauce. BEST TWO SAUCES. The nachos were BUSSIN too. They have a little spicy kick to them and the cheese was good. However, the cheese could be evenly spreaded more. Overall, I will always come back to this taco truck whenever I have my cravings. It never fails to satisfy my stomach. MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH. It is cash only... And enjoy your late night snack :)

Favorite taco truck in Walnut in front of the KFC and across from Nogales High School. The food was really good. My family ordered 1 nachos with Cabeza and 2 burritos with Cabeza, it feed the four of us. I always asked for the grilled onions and jalapeno on the side. The nachos is always my favorite, it's never disappointing. It's also a very fast service, we ordered it, then 3-5minutes later it was done. The one who took my order was really nice too! Recommended!!!

Our favorite food truck! The food is excellent - I especially love the lengua burrito and pastor tacos. Everyone is always so friendly and service is quick, even when there's a crowd. I'm so glad they're close to home and open late (usually). If you're in the neighborhood (Nogales and La Puente - by the KFC), check it out!

Taco truck often parked across Nogales High School. Came here for dinner and picked up some carne asada nachos. There's parking available in the KFC lot. It was less than a 10 minute wait with a couple of people ahead of us. They put sour cream (no guac) and pico de gallo. There's a fair amount of cheese and refried beans. It's a good serving for two people and cost $10. Cash only.

Late-night food adventures mean tacos and burritos so I found myself at this food truck at midnight. I got the al pastor burrito for myself which came with two different sauces, grilled onions & jalapeños, and radishes. The burrito itself was honestly just alright. The rice and beans melded together and the meat kind of got lost in the mess. It didn't have a strong flavor but it was good enough to satisfy my craving. I also tried the carne asada burrito and again the meat flavor was just alright - didn't have a good texture. BUT... it was a hefty burrito and they really packed in a lot of protein and filling. The burritos are definitely worth the $8 but I wouldn't make the drive back for them.

Our go to spot for Mexican food! Food truck located on La Puente Road near Nogales high school - parked on street near KFC. They're there everyday from 5pm to midnight, which is great especially for late night cravings. The guys that work in the truck are super nice and patient. Robert and his younger brother Miguel are super friendly and happen to be former students at the wife's school. Solid choices of meats and items - tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. We've had them all and they're all super good. Make sure to request their various salsas, grilled onion/peppers, and sliced radishes & limes. Prices are more than fair - especially considering prices for everything has gone up. Highly recommend visited these guys when you're craving Mexican food.

When I was a little kid, my dad loved going to El Loco for the machaca burritos. I remember them being really good, although in fairness, my palate at the time was probably not exactly Michelin ready. So when I realized this El Loco was still around, I had to come check it out for old time's sake. I went with the chili relleno burrito, and I'm happy to report that it was delicious. And enormous. This thing was so big I could probably take a nap on it. It was cheesy, packed with flavor, and just plain old satisfying. There is one little caveat, though. I noticed the total seemed too high when I paid, and sure enough, I had been overcharged by about four bucks. I pointed it out, and the woman immediately apologized and said she'd made a mistake. I don't think there was anything nefarious going on, but it did leave me wondering how often a mistake like that goes unnoticed when someone isn't paying close attention. So, you know, maybe keep an eye on your receipt. Still, that's a relatively minor ding on what was otherwise a really good experience. The burrito was great, the nostalgia was strong, and I got to revisit a place that I remember from when dinosaurs still roamed the earth. And here's a fun little piece of movie trivia: Good Burger, starring Kenan Thompson, was filmed at this very location. So you can come here for a chili relleno burrito and get your Nickelodeon nostalgia on. That's a pretty solid afternoon.

We ordered off the website, which we found to be EXTREMELY easy and efficient. The pickup time is shown and it doesn't vary much from what they give you - not like freakin' King Taco. That alone made me happy! I walked in to pick up our food and it was packed to perfection! Literally. The young man packing the order gave me all the salsa, onions + cilantro, and limón I needed. Condiments are packaged individually in their own package and I appreciate the convenience, because I don't have to worry about the little cups opening and spilling in the bag, The tacos are packaged neatly in sturdy plates not wrapped in foil and covered with a plastic cover. The tacos are average size with mild meat portions, it's not the best and it's not the worse. I personally love the small tortillas, but that is up to interpretation based on preference. The drinks are packaged in little travel to go pouches, not cups which I also love. It reminds me of Mexico and the times I was given a drink in a "bolsa" - iykyk. Lastly, I found out they have drive-thru which I've never known. I've always passed it by because I didn't want to get off, but this drive-thru lane is a game changer. I will definitely be coming back again when we are in the area. I will stop here any day over waiting 40-60 mins for tacos/burritos elsewhere. Gosh! I almost forgot. The grilled onions and beans de olla that they offer are the cherry on top. We loved them. We have no pictures because we ate in our car. I do have a picture of my drink though.

I was very hungry and thought having tacos and ceviche and shrimp cocktail should be something quick. But the order took more than 20 mins to come out and I had to follow up with them. There were only 3 tables at the time and each table is just with one or two customers. There two servers total, but it seems the person who ordered for me also went to cook. I am not sure if this is one time situation where the Chef is not working that day? Because it honestly took too long to bring the food out when it's not busy at all. The most disappointing part is that after all this waiting, the tacos were toooo salty. We ordered grilled fish and grilled shrimp tacos. There were these blacks stuff sticking to the fish and shrimp, it's those black stuff that you get from burnt pan. The shrimp cocktail and ceviche was okay. Nothing amazing but I just wondered why couldn't they bring these two dish out first because it should be something already premade?? I would not come back after this experience. But I would suspect the management more the employees working there because I think they need more training. I also wonder if it's a substitute Chef or a new Chef was working that day?? This happened on Saturday the Thanksgiving weekend. Their ambiance is cute but feels old.
