But the machine didn't match the color right this time. Went back for refund, got yelled at. After showing pic to the owner, told the owner the color turned out blue it's not even close, I can't use it. It's more bluer in person. He told me" we don't go by pic." So he took back the aura and testing on a piece of paper. And said "your house lighting is wrong. My paint has no problem." When I tried to get the piece of paper and go outside to match the chip he wouldn't let me. And yelled at me" you know nothing about paint." he slammed the gallon paint on the counter and yelled again" I'm not taking it back". So unbelievable. Be aware of this place. No customer service at all. Horrible service. Totally waste of money and time. Never go back again. Of course nothing can match perfectly. But it' should be close to gray beige color, not baby blue. Maybe your machine needs to be calibrated? Why I had to be yelled at when your machine is not working right? You are not even trying to help fixing the problem or refund me for your malfunction machine. BE NICE cost nothing.

I showed the 'clerk' the s-wiliams 1-gal can, and she said: "We don't have that brand". I pointed to "Sherwin-Wiliams" printed on can, no response. Then tried another approach by asking her the price of the paint. She replied she can't tell me, that I would have to contact the store that's on the label on the can. The label is from another S-W Store. "What the Heck?" Not being able to reason with her, due to her limited "Customer Service Ability to adequately explain herself, I left disappointed in her lack of care. Got home, called the phone # on the can, turns out to be store in is in Sunnyvale. Told my story to the polite gentleman on the phone, and was able to get a $ price! He couldn't understand why the Mtn View store couldn't serve me. Bottom line.....Don't go to Mtn View store where they are "Customer Service Challenged" .Go to Sunnyvale, where customer service seems to mean something.

I brought in my door trim for them to match the paint, and they immediately told me they couldn't do it because there was shimmer in the finish. I explained that I didn't need the shimmer -- I just needed the closest base color. Then they said no one (the color technician) could work on it until Monday. But if you're not the color technician, how can you confidently tell me what can or cannot It's clear they don't want to help and don't care whether someone is a repeat customer or not. I drove all the way from Los Altos to Cupertino for this, and honestly, it was a complete waste of time, unwillingness to help & give me this "I don't care" doing business with a repeat customer made this a very disappointing visit.

Guy ignored me. Called through the door gap asking for a paint chip; the guy yelled at me that they were closed. Checked my phone at that instant and it was 4:59 pm. I arrived when it should have been open and it was locked; and the guy was rude to a customer. I'm about to buy several thousand dollars of paint but it won't be from here.

He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.
