Paint wasn't mixed so now we notice it's unmarked and white with no mix-in. So second chance didn't work out too well. So far the other colors seem correct. I cannot recommend this particular Sherman Williams store. Morgan Hill was more consistent. It isn't likely tho I will use this place again, next time the color might matter more and I can't trust Sherman Williams to respect that

I got them the panel boards (one from each, to match the paint) on Thursday evening and was able to pick them on Saturday morning and the paint came out to be just perfect. She had left detailed steps for the entire process (since i had messed up the drawer panels and needed to get rid of the old paint before setting the new one in) which i definitely appreciated. Kevin as usual being super helpful, guided me with the options for a couple of foam rollers, hand held pails and a few other accessory items that i needed for my project. All in all a fantastic experience and absolutely recommend the store for all your paint needs.

No one called me to let me know the paint was ready. I asked her when it was ready, and she snaps "I don't know I wasn't here". I immediately remembered her from my last visit where she had to fully disclose they will paint match but it's not guaranteed. Why doesn't she just say it out loud, "HOW CAN I NOT HELP YOU"? Then she looks up my account by name. As we're standing there for a good solid minute I say, can you put this on my account. She says "I need your ID" sure but why don't you ask for it instead of just standing there, breathing, and existing. Then she sarcastically says, "HAVE A NICE DAY". Your life must be sad to be that angry at strangers. Good lord lady- get a job somewhere else if you don't want to help anyone at Kelly Moore. I don't normally post agro reviews but you're attitude is horrible on the two visits to this KM store.

At the end of the day, only the most expensive part, the valve, and 1 other part was needed to close up the line, finish the job, and put a smile on my customer's face. Two days later, I returned everything else and the guys were unfailingly upbeat and helpful. For a plumbing store, in this particular situation, this is unusual. Charged $70, i didn't even mind knowing so because they helped me find me the part I thought would fit. I doubled checked with employee 2x that I could return if its not a fit. Returned it because it caused my warm water to be just cold. They straight up said no because i installed it. I had them ask the manager twice and he came out said no, he didn't listen to anything and just said employee informed me I can't return it when i purchased it. So scammy, I didn't reply. Just left and even left the cartridge, manager replied with a snarky attitude "thank you!" Didn't care much for the money and would never come back and will refer all friends and family not to visit. Also horrible service, I waited with one employee at front and 4 ppl in office staring at front.

He said the fan controls do not usually have a problem with working together that we experience. At first, it seemed like they just would not work. So, he got creative and found a fix that allowed both sets of controls to work together. He also took time to adjust one of the fans to correct a clicking noise it made when running on high. I was really impressed with how responsive Nick was and how he handled the problems.

I brought in a broken crank for my casement window, searching for SOME way to put the knob back on…read more(see photo). The clerk helpfully led me to some packages of window cranks, and said they were standard so it should fit. I bought two. When I got it home, it didn't fit -- the threads were wrong. I brought it back and the manager said you can't return a package that's opened. Nice. How would you know it didn't fit without opening it?
