About 2 years ago I stopped receiving my statements. I immediately began inquiring about this. I could never get an answer. About 1 year ago, still not receiving statements, i began using this card more. Because I never received my statements it was hard to know what was happening with this. FINALLY, about 2 months ago, they mailed me the last 8 months of statements. It was then when I noticed many fraudulent transactions. At least 2 of them were initiated by this bank, and not a company . NOW...2 YEARS LATER, when I asked what they would do in regards to this tremendous waist of time, and costing me hundreds of dollars, there answer is...OOPS SORRY, and a small credit. NOT GOOD!

We used the drive thru ATM since the bank is closed on a Saturday and I never trust the outdoor ATM. This location ATM is also facing the street and doesn't have any privacy screen on the pin pad or screen so that's never ideal. Getting to this bank if you're coming from the freeway can be tricky because you'll have to turn at a vacant place next door to get around to go to the drive thru lane. The opening facing San Fernando Road is an exit only for the people using the drive thru ATM. We didn't have any issues while here.
