I came to this location looking to cash my check the lady in the third window with highlights and curly hair helped us out she wasn't friendly or welcoming she checked my Id and she was checking it too much making it seem like it was a fake ID. She later mentioned i wasn't able to cash check bc there was a problem when i asked what was wrong she raised her voice and said it wasn't her fault and got a huge attitude and was raising her voice at us when i was asking a simple question on why i wasn't able to cash it she never told me what was wrong. I cannot recommend ever keeping an account at Chase Bank. I have been a loyal customer for decades, and am pulling all my accounts to another institution. All major banks offer the same services - the only difference is in the customer experience. They have lost my entire family's business and I'm telling as many people as possible to stay away. Too many charged fees for their errors - yes, you read that correctly. They make internal process errors with deposits I make, then charge me fees, then refuse to reverse them when I clearly show - to their satisfaction - that the error was THEIRS. Yup, they admit the error was theirs. They admit I am not at all at fault. And they STILL refuse to reverse their service charges. I'm gone - I can't guarantee any other institution I go to won't eventually pull the same tricks, but I'm hoping my local credit union will give me a better experience. MY RECOMMENDATION: Avoid Chase Bank at all costs. read more

Why do bank see a lot of people in line waiting for service then 1 person that should be helping customers goes to there desk and watches the line get long. Seriously, WTF. I came here to get some assistance with my mortgage account; not only did I not get the help I should, but I was also challenged to explain the reason for my visit out in public instead of getting seated in a private setting to discuss my concerns. Chase was an afterthought. saw them when i exited Cream. quick in and out transaction in late afternoon. no lines. 3 times cuz parking in this area is nearly impossible. did a U turn to park almost nearby them. not sure turn was legal. glad no patrol officer was present to render me his opinion. service: 4 stars. read more

This location is nice enough. You get the long lines during the beginning and end of the month, to be expected. However, they're pretty good about always having two or more tellers on the line to help people. The thing that I see, and it's not just this location but other locations as well, is that there's been a real change in the employees' morale since they officially became Chase. Did not have a pleasant experience as a former Chase account holder. I felt Yasa was not engaged nor want to provide me with service. I needed statements from a closed account to be printed for tax purpose. I was informed I would be charged $6 per statement which I agreed to and informed it would be at the branch for pick up in 7-10 business days. Days past and i did not get a call and ended up going to Arnold branch and was well received by Candice at the Arnold location. I suggest going to Arnold instead of Salvio for banking needs. I felt more like a customer at the Arnold branch then Salvio branch. read more

Went into the branch looking to open a new account and was rejected as they said because they were closing in 50 minutes it would not be enough time to open a new account even when I clearly told him I was a member already. Funny thing is the chase down the street took us in with 30 minutes to close and gladly worked past their 9am-6pm schedule. Poor customer service and etiquette. read more

Horrible customer service. Charging $2 for temp checks even though the wells fargo in the corner don't. After waiting in the customer service line They asked me to wait and a banker ll help ordering checks (yeah i know, u need a banker to get help to order checks) and after a while a banker asked me to sign my name on a sheet of paper and i told her that i ve been told to wait here not sign up on a sheet and she had to help someone who came after me even though i explained i came before. Phone call to the bank why wrong address old address not on application have no idea where bank got that address unless owner of that home stole my identity elder abuse bank was to report to Contra Costa County sheriff and authorities. Chase is so generous to let homeless people in for free coffee. And it took a long time to get the banker for customer service . When the question was proposed to them why it needed so long and why homeless people in for free coffee , one of the front counter said they were their customers . Questions : 1, if the homeless people were REALLY their customers , why their customers didn't receive their greeting ? Why they sneakily came in without greeting to any of their bankers? if they are their real customers , they don't desert a HI greeting from this bank ? I have come in here plenty of times especially since I'm a Chase customer. I've never had a problem with Chase itself but one of the tellers is really rude. I come in here to get some change quite often but I've never had a problem doing it at other banks, they are always happy to do it for me. But this teller always gives me looks and tells me she cant give me change next time if I don't have my card with me, saying that she has to keep track of how many times I get change on my account. I loved WaMu and was screwed by Chase when they took over (to the tune of over $500). But after a terrible experience with Compass I opened a Chase Liquid account (nothing to lose). There were some problems with my initial deposit but the branch manager here stepped up and took care of me and the problem. It has been smooth sailing since. I agree with others that the friendly nature of WaMu is still gone, but at least there are still some employees here that care. It takes a lot to win a customer back and they are trying. read more
