The employees are friendly enough. My complaint is this: Chase has bombarded residents with various coupons, $300 to open a checking account. The requirements were simple, setup a monthly direct deposit and maintain a minimum of $15k balance. After doing as advised, I was denied the bonus. Won't get into the gory details. I feel strongly, the bank rep should have more thoroughly explained what was needed. Instead, there was a casual approach to the entire transaction. Feels like a 'bait and switch!' I'll redirect funds and will close the account soon. No way am I doing further business with this bank. read more

This branch is pretty bad, i went in to add my wife to my checking account since it couldn't be done online like account opening (weird in my opinion) but anyway we had to go in. We went in at and off time, around 1:30 so as expected the lobby was empty, 2 tellers and 1 person in new accounts (i wont mention names). I went to the teller line did a transaction and told her i had to add my wife to a new account (were both existing customers) she had me wait and went to the person i new accounts. They had a conversation for about 5 minutes which was odd, but then the teller came back saying we couldn't be helped and had to make an appointment. I asked her, it doesn't seem busy... and what was said pretty much was the dumbest excuse ever... the new accounts lady did not want to help us because she had just returned from vacation and was catching up on email.... WTF! I get you went on vacation, but youre back at work and at a branch isn't the job to help customers in front of you? Not to catch up on email. I mean look we all work and know what its like to catch up on email after a vacation, but i cant even imagine telling a client or my boss, i just got back from vacation but I'm only going to work on catching up on my email today... RIDICULOUS. We went to the chase on the other end of Dublin Blvd and had no problems. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP WITH ACCOUNTS. Since weeks i try to validate my business bank deposits and their machines are broken and it seems like no one cares (because it does not get fixed). The girls here are friendly. Especially Amelia who always helps me When I come in. I don't even bank here, I just do bookkeeping for my employer. Over time I got to know the girls in the front counters and not only they are professional, they are always accurate and willing to help. Just awful! Beware of the business accounts. I signed up for a business checking account and they happily accepted the check. A few days later, I had no access to my account online!! WTF?? I called and they said that they cancelled my account because the address on the deposited check didn't match the address of my business. I am a subcontractor, so all of my checks go somewhere else first. THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL ME! I had to call them. After that, to get my money back took over a month!! The customer service lost my check in the mail and had no idea where it was until I found someone who could find the tracking number. Had to call 3 times to find someone who could give it to me. They are despicable and I can't imagine doing business with them in the future. They lack common sense. All they had to do was call me when the check was being deposited and ask me to clarify the address, which I had to do anyways to get the money back. Stay far away. Bank of America is right down the street and WAY better at their jobs. read more

Banks these days rarely do anything that surprises me, but Nancy and her personal banker went above and beyond to help me and my sons set up their first accounts. I called the branch looking for help because of a bad experience at another location. I was very frustrated when I dialed this branch and honestly didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone. Nancy answered right away and did everything she could to fit us in, and she went over the paperwork so that we were sure to bring what was needed. While we weren't able to go the same day she squeezed us in the next week. Shortly after that call the branches personal banker called and explained to me about a banking product I could set up at home. This was really the best solution for us and my faith was restored that there is still customer service in banking. Thank you Nancy and team. read more

Tellers at the bank are friendly, professional, and helpful. However, if you want an auto loan, go somewhere else. Auto loan is only processed through the internet website. The auto loan link doesn't work well and it gets stuck when input with certain make of car. No one at the branch can answer a simple answer about the interest rate. Numerous phone numbers were provided but I kept getting transferred and told to call another number. What a joke! read more

I left WellsFargo and went straight to Chase. WF has had my business for 5 years and my most recent experience with their customer service sent me running for the hills. Upon walking into the Chase Bank, I was greeted so warmly and brought over to Cameron who immediately began helping me. He didn't stress once that it was 5:30 and I was trying to open two accounts and they close at 6. He acted like he had all day to cultivate a relationship with me and make sure I was happy. He went over all the fine print and paperwork with me and knew all that stuff was boring, but necessary, so he was cracking jokes the entire time. It was definitely the funniest and yet most informative meeting in a bank I've ever had! I, for the very first time, know and understand the accounts I have and how they work. Cameron was an amazing experience at Chase. All of the staff was smiling and warm and I actually look forward to going into the bank to get money. I don't just run to the ATM and try to get out anymore. I'm not sure if it's this branch or just Chase in general, but they have an amazing work ethic and I'm thrilled to be banking with them. read more

I have been at this location for over 20 years...since it was Great Western. Thgese guys have always been awesome.. The overly crappy reviews i see here are complaints, not a fair review, and lines will happen at banks, ATM's run out of money, and if you need your funds available, best save money to not live paycheck to paycheck. This particular branch is one of my favorites. I've been going here for years, though I don't stop by as often anymore. More because I don't work in the area anymore and technology is such that I don't really have to go into a branch. The staff here has always been all-around friendly, from the tellers to the managers, customer service has almost always been on point. They try to take care of you the best they can and answer all the questions you have, from the mundane to scratch-your-head. There's coffee in the corner and a little play area for the kids in the other corner. The ATM is located inside the branch, which I think is a nice touch. If you're looking for a local branch to do your banking at, this is definitely worth a stop. Come in for a smile and great service. Tell them I sent you and you'll get a free lollipop! Currently in the bank at 1:00 pm. Standing in line and No teller available for Over 10 minutes. I called earlier to get a form notarized and they said come and they could take care of it. When I do get waited on, teller and another employee said I needed to wait more. They were not busy, but the person was busy. No friendly customer service at all. I'm thinking of closing all my accounts and credit cards with Chase. Absolutely ridiculous they can not provide a simple service without hassle. No attention to customers. read more

Worst customer service ever! On 3/21/16 at 1 in the afternoon I walked into the branch because I needed to get a Cashiers Check. There were 2 tellers at that time. One teller was helping a customer out and the other teller by the name of Mohammed asked me to wait. I waited about 3 minutes and when 2 customers lined up after me that's when Mohammed offered to help me. During the time I was waiting in line Mohammed was preparing bags that banks use as part of their closing procedure. I know this because I use to work for Chase. It got me a little irritated because Mohammed was more interested in working on his closing procedures at 1 in the afternoon versus offering to help me out. When Mohammed finally decided to help me I told him I needed a Cashiers Check. I swiped my atm card and put in my pin. Shortly after that he asked me for my ID. I asked him why he needed my ID and he said it was because it was Chase policy. For my knowledge of working with Chase, if you swipe your ATM card and put your pin that is considered as a primary ID. When the transaction was done Mohammed gave me the cashiers check and receipt. On the receipt I noticed there was a $8 fee for the cashiers check. When I asked Mohammed why did he not tell me there was a fee his response was "You should know what type of account you have" Once he said that it made me furious and I immediately starting thinking about closing my accounts with Chase. My accounts were grandfathered from Great Western to Wamu and now Chase. So as you can see I am loyal customer. If Chase does not work on hiring the right people they will continue to lose customers. read more

I had came here to deposit money to make a payment towards my credit cards. My wallet has been stolen also with my cards. I went to the DMV to get another ID also they provided me a receipt and ID photo with it. I showed the employee my expired ID and my receipt from the DMV also my Social security, School ID. What else more do you want? He had to call the manager and completely wasted my time. Very rude and Bad customer service. Keep in mind my mom came here a month ago to pay her rent and they said when she sign her signature they said it doesn't match the other signatures. And they asked her questions and she answered all of the questions. She had her debit card to pay the rent. Chase you guys suck. What a joke! I went to go pay on a credit card for my husband. I was paying with cash and they wouldn't take it! What BANK DOES NOT TAKE CASH?????? They told me that I could write a check or use my visa card to pay the bill, WTF? Why would I use a card when I have cash to pay? I am not an authorized user on his card, so means I couldn't pay with cash! I wasn't trying to use the card, I was paying balance down. Tried to take advantage of an offer sent in my credit card bill. Newbie new accts dude had Manager shadowing/training him. He asked all these irrelevent questions and when I finally had the chance to ask about the requirements for the account the Manager lied to my face saying there was a minimum requirement for the monthly direct deposit of $100. (I checked with Chase customer service who verified that there was no minimum requirement unless you wanted to have the monthly fee waived and then it was $500). My sister, who tends to give people the benefit of the doubt, said that the "manager" was probably just misinformed or made a mistake. Lucky customers, she can now spread her "misinformation" on to the next generation of employees. Lovely! read more
