Sounds like a real. I didn't provide any personal info to him instead I called the branch I know in Pleasanton Ranch 99. One of the representatives answered my phone immediately and we talked about the situation. She checked the system and also called the bank credit card service department and found out this Frank Liu from SF branch and the whole credit card thing are spam. Fremont Bank messed me up again. They sent a new debit card to an address I had five years ago…read more Dublin Bank was able to get me a new card but it is linked to my old address. My bills will not take the debit card because it has the wrong address. Two people said it would be fix by today. Now they are saying it can't be fix until Monday. The debit card I had prior to Wednesday had my current address and worked just fine. Now I am raking up late fees on my bills. I don't know why no one was able to fix the address issue during the work week. They have to send it out to be fix. This is the problem with small banks, this does not happen in Major Banks. I am a senior citizen and this has caused me pain and anxiety. I have been with Fremont bank since the 70s and I don't know why this problem can't be fixed in a timely manner. Also, I should not have been told that it would be fixed by a certain day by two people and find out that it would not happen as I was told. I am very upset.
