I like this location, even when there's lines inside they go by quickly. I prefer to use the ATMs inside versus the ones on the outside for privacy and safety reasons. The ATM inside also gives you smaller bills. The staff here are nice and friendly and don't seem to hate their lives lol I always find parking. It's located in a very quiet building which lends its self nicely for room for bank goers. There's lollipops and pens at the kiosks too. Overall satisfied to my visits here no complaints. read more

I went inside the branch today asking if they have any new currency. The worst teller I have met in all Chase banks. She didn't even look through her drawer to see if she could at least exchange some newer bills but all she said was "no we do not have any new currencies". My branch on Main Street downtown Pleasanton would never turn their customers away. It's very disappointing to walk in and walk out with no help. I will never come here. read more

I ve been to this branch multiple times and never had a problem until today. While pulling deposits out of my bag, the teller made it clear that's shes annoyed by sighing. While counting she made a comment about how I should come in the morning or at earlier time because they are very busy at that hour. I laughed it off the first time because there was 1 customer behind me. Then she kept on yelling across my face to customers as they came in behind me letting them know that she ll be with them soon. Then she says, "see, we're very busy". I am a customer too. Why is she making me feel like I'm doing something wrong.I was so uncomfortable I kept turning back to count how many customers were and at one point apologized for being there at that hour. I also explained that due to short staff at my business that was the only time I can make it in. Her response was "so are we". So now I'm suppose to work around their schedule. 3 tellers (1 new) 1 customer behind me and 3 sitting in the office and I have become inconvenience to this teller because I have multiple deposits. Most pleasant experience possible at a bank. No wait, polite, friendly expert service. Usually people these days don't have to walk into a bank for many things. So much can be done online but sometimes you need something that can only be done in person - like getting some cash in excess of $500 or having some questions answered. At around 5pm on a Monday no wait at all. Really appreciated. Super friendly and efficient help - perhaps thats part of the reason why there was no line. Expert service. Chase Bank manager, Tvdea Ruperto, is the worst bank staff that I have dealt with. She asked questions that make customers feel customers at fault for fraud transactions. Chase Bank debt cards are not safe to use. There were fraud transactions every time chase Bank issued me a new debit card. Recommend to use other Banks instead of chase bank. read more

I come here fairly often since I live down the street. I've never had any complaints about the tellers or the other financial officers here. The only minor complaint is the parking lot which can be fairly packed during the weekdays, maybe from the construction workers next door or Bart parkers maybe or just from the los positas teachers/students.. read more

I walked in at. 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed. There was no one in line and I walked right up to the counter where the clerk greeted me. Asking what I needed I said two rolls of quarters. She said sure and filled out the withdrawal slip for me since I hadn't bothered to grab one before walking up. I appreciate that there were no dirty looks or giving me a hard time about it either! She gave me my quarters and she wished me a good day when we were done. For those of you who like using ATMs there are dedicated parking spots outside for the ATM. I prefer banking here than the one in Blackhawk. They are friendly, fast, efficient.

I've witnessed the most strange behaviors at this branch. I saw they have a new manager now and it seems like the staff is changing, but I've been coming here for years. I love the location. One time I was standing in line, as I witnessed their old branch manager Ray, make sexual faces behind this one customer who was standing in line before me. I will never forget that, I had to look twice. Just the other week, one of the tellers there, I noticed her being really rude to one of her coworkers, and wearing what looked like a MINI dress with a bandana. It is a little absurd to see that inside the bank. I do think the staff could be more professional. Right now with the Covid, their hours have changed but they are still pretty quick and sufficient. read more

Chase bank is STUPID... I have a very small business less than $1m per year but successful and I was thrilled to be able to deposit checks using their online take a picture and deposit app. until I found out that I can only deposit $10,000 per month per account... so Fing stupid! They will not increase the limit they can only lease me a check reader or add more accounts to accommodate more checks. read more

Not enough tellers. Wait is usually 30 min or more. It makes business banking a longer than necessary process.

This branch location is not customer business friendly. We have a large account there and we make deposits frequently. After going there for several months the teller and Branch manager are just now asking for ID and account number. They could not pull up the account number by name either. Worst bank ever. Customers beware Safe Deposit boxes at this bank are being broken into and your assets are stolen. I just came bank from bank today 06/29/13 after loosing all my gold coins, jewelery, cash, pricesless soveniors stolen from out safe deposit box. Police were called and banks is blaming us for the theft. There are many instances reported and bank is aware of it but not informing their customers of this happening. I find it disturbing when people use yelp as a venue to defame someone's character and they don't even put the whole situation. Jaffe L. stated that the manager Sabrina was "a bitch." However, he/she never gave the whole situation of why Sabrina is that way. Usually on Yelp reviews, people list the reasons why. It just seems like Jaffe L has a holier than thou attitude and resorts to calling people derogatory names when he/she doesn't get her way. Just because you "bring so much money to Chase" doesn't give you the right to be rude. Judging by his/her post with no pertinent information, they have an entitled mentality and feels that any person who serves them is "a bitch" if their every whim isn't catered to. They probably aren't the easiest person to deal with. I don't think I have ever dealt with Sabrina. However, I rarely pay attention to names when I go to this branch. Came to this branch to be added to my husband's checking account. Sat and waited for an hour to see someone. Brought my license and marriage license to get my name updated. Just received my debit card in the mail only to find out my maiden name was used. The process was way too rushed and it makes sense that things were not done correctly. I made a call to customer service who basically told me I needed to go in again and waste another hour of my time. Next time, I'll be sure to do the employee's job and check his work for him. This is definitely one of the nicer banks around. The staff are always nice and accommodating. I haven't ever had to wait in a long line, which is always nice. There are two ATMs right outside of the bank but sometimes it's actually faster to just go inside. The bank also has safety deposit boxes and bankers that you can sit down and talk to. read more

Didn't have an account with chase for the longest time, for whatever reasons I'm not sure. Recently my husband added me to his bank acct and I'm so glad he did. I live I San Ramon but do all my shopping & banking in Dublin. Not that the other branches are bad just that the Dublin branch is convenient & not as busy. Needed cash, the two credit unions I deal with couldn't give me cash or had to wait several days for the cashiers check to clear and said the couldn't fully cash it. Went to Chase, even though I didn't have in my account to cover it $300, they cashed it on the spot $4750. Got my car. Thank you!
