It's pretty aggravating to see so many bank employees behind the counter, and nobody offering to help. Eventually, after we waited for almost 20 minutes, one person, I think the manager, offered to help. She was very helpful and sweet. But it was very aggravating to wait that long to get assistance from somebody. Definitely not a great experience. More grateful, now than ever, that K don't have to visit this branch often.

Today, we are going on an hour and counting. That's THREE+ HOURS to give them money they'll accrue interest on. Sadly, I overheard another patron who had all of their business and personal accounts locked up online. Wells was unable to unfreeze the account so turned him away without access his own funds. O.M.G.! What a shame. Twenty years ago, WF was a respected financial institution. Today, they should be avoided when other options exist.

There was no option for $50s (I needed 4 $50s), and took the cash I had pulled out to the teller. The teller informs me that the max she can exchange is $100. At first I think she is joking because it is so ridiculous, so then I recap that I literally just pulled cash out of Chase's ATM, and walked 3 steps to her. There are no other customers in the bank, so she was able to witness this whole scenario. She tells me to put my card into her card feeder and request more cash. I tell her no, I don't want more cash, nor do I want to incur another ATM fee as I did not use a Chase card. She then proceeds to say she can only help me if I have a Chase credit card. I inform her that we have a mortgage with Chase, but its under my husband's name; however we have the same last name. Another employee comes over, and I thought this person would be more reasonable, but no - says they won't help. Absolutely ridiculous!

I came with my neighbor to replace her debit card yesterday, Jose didn't seem willing to help that he said "do it online!" as cold as that. I noticed how impatient he was, so I urged him to be patient with us. This was day 1. Day 2 - We called Chase, we were asked to go to the branch to replace the card. Today, it was unfortunate that "Jose" tended to us again. We told him that Chase representative said we could get the debit card replaced at the branch, he was curt with his reply, and absolutely had no manners, no smile, like he wasn't happy to be there. I had to remind him again to be patient with the customers. He shouldn't be working there with that attitude.

The ATM outside rejected my password three times that I've had since I opened the account directly after hurricane Katrina--2005. I went inside for help and NATHALIE decided I wasn't worthy of her help and acted with a highly condescending attitude toward me about filling out a deposit slip and gave me actual hell about not knowing my new address during my point of confusion about the ATM incident. She blew off ALL of my concerns and treated me like a piece of trash. I asked for manager since she could not treat me even remotely human so that I could get answers about my PIN. She then called her "boss" with a bell like in a restaurant or hotel--an actual silver bell. She rang it, dismissing me and my concern for my account. I wasn't trying to take money, I was giving it to the bank. WTH???!!!??? She spoke to him, again condescending toward me and then he himself was a part of my agitation. The answer was this: Well, we were able to accept your PIN here inside and must be problem with machine. I asked, "Don't you want to make sure for the next guest it's okay? Or does it not matter to you?" Basically it doesn't matter to BofA employees in Lafayette if the customers can operate their machinery or not. We moved here because it's supposed to be one of the most wonderful communities for kids/families in the Bay. Thanks NATHALIE for proving that wrong in my first encounter here....
