I walked in with my mother to cash my paycheck on her account. The attention paid and concern for her account and personal well being was reassuring that she and her money are safe at Chase. I realize that they took the time to make sure she was not being coerced or threatened into cashing the check, they took all precautions to assure her safety. In this instance it was I, her son who asked to cash my check, had it been someone with negative intentions, I think Chase Pico Rivera Branch would be able to protect her. Manager is terrible. Thr bankers here have an attitude, particularly Belinda. I have high balances with the bank. My CD matured and zi was simply looking at a renewal. The manager said I would wait 10 to 15 minutes which was fine. Then an appointment for Belinda came in and she took him instead. Therefore, I had to wait more. The manager didn't even step up and asked whether I would like him to help me since she has to take on another client. These guys should be working at Walmart, not a bank. read more

Seriously, super rude and not helpful. Went in for $1 bills in exchange for $100 bill for a non profit. They told me they were all out. A bank all out of ones? Then when I proceeded to tell them I was a non profit they said "oh, if u were a customer and had your debit card we can help". But you just said you didn't have any???? read more

I've gone to this place 4 times within the last 6 months and the newly built drive thru is always down. 1 out of the 4 times it was up and running. Waited in line at the atm this weekend only have the machine not accept any deposits and the cashiers line astronomically long. Chase/ JP Morgan get your crap together. read more

I gave it one star. For being a brand new bank there drive threw teller only worked now for about a month and has been out of service since. It's new there should be a warranty for all work done. Also if your in a large vehicle it is so tight you have to grind the curb to get in and out. Very sad that a bank brand new is already out of service. Disappointed. read more

Super fast service. I went in around noon and was in and out in under 5 minutes doing a cash deposit. This is my first time as a Chase customer and I'm so glad I switched to Chase as a military member with FREE checking and so far I LOVE IT!!! Only two freaking ATM machines in a spanking brand new building in one of the most popular areas right in front of one of the busiest streets in Pico Rivera. An absolute nightmare on the weekends when the bank is closed and people are waiting in line to get inside the lobby. Who is the idiot that designed this hideous building without taking it to consideration weakend banking and the need for sufficient ATM machines to handle the crowds? read more

There is no drive in for depositing checks and with drawal. There's a self serve kiosk outside with adequate shade but without a drive through I feel it's a super inconvenient bank. read more

It's 9am on a Tuesday morning and there are 10 people waiting for a teller and there are only two windows available! They are definitely under staffed here. I've come here before I didn't like the service but decided to give it another try; sorry I did that. I'll stick to my regular branch. Employees are not service oriented. They talk down to customers. This branch should be closed. Employees never smile. It seems chase bank has trouble finding nice and friendly employees for this branch. Me and my wife own a business for 20 years. We went to this branch a couple of times to make business loan payments. There are 2 women cashiers,they don't know what is customer service. They speak to u as if they are police. One cashier even told me that we are being recorded on camera as if we are committing a crime. This branch does not know about excellent customer service chase normally provides. It might be the neighborhood that , here they face a lot of fraud,so they talk to u like they suspect u . Only they will know why they r not nice like other chase branches. This bank is always busy, so their parking lot is always full. It's 100 degrees outside and my husband parked in the shade, we have an old vehicle so of course, a/c issues. Our kids in the car, as I'm walking into the bank, I see this woman stomping over in anger to my husband, didn't know thats where she was going until I returned from the ATM and she's yelling at my husband to move because shes the parking attendant and she's going to report our vehicle to the DMV. It's hot af and this is the the SECOND TIME, we had an issue with this angry female. Not only was she harassing my husband, but in her busy bodyness, she was also harassing another vehicle parked being my husband... Like i don't get it, how tf do you bank at Chase if you're not even allowed to use their parking lot?! Get it together CHASE BANK!!! That attendant treats your customers like trash! FIX IT! She's gonna get herself hurt acting like a cop. Not everyone is a non-confrontational as is. Crazy world out there. read more

This branch has fast and ok service you definitely don't wait that much here. The staff is really friendly and have the answer to most of your questions. Opening an account is a time consuming process, but they definitely try to make things speedy and accurate. There's a few other Chase branches near by but I prefer this one. read more

Ive been waiting for a banker for about 30 minutes. Its half past 1 and there are about 7 people waiting for 2 window bankers. Only 1 sit down representative with three people waiting after me. It is a very busy bank with little help. If you are in need of a rep with little time I dont recommend you visit this branch... only 3 workers?? Took an hour to make a fairly small deposit because the rep depsited it to the wrong account... granted there are thousands of women with my name... will go to the one in uptown whittier its friendlier and faster. Seems like there is a lot of people working here but the service is sooooooooo slow. Waited around and workers walk by but they don't look up or ask if you needed something. You write your name in a book to check in and I swear it took forever for a worker to call the next person. If you have a lot of time to spend or nothing to do and feel like people watching then this is your place. read more

Saturday morning, long line to the door. Only 3 people at the teller and 2 representatives. Waited for 40 mins to see a banker to close our account and was told their bank cashier check machine is down. The machine is not going to be fixed until 2/10. Wtf. It's one of the basic services for a bank and it will be out for that long??? And why didn't you have a sign to notify customers, so they don't waste their time waiting??? When I asked that, the lady just said she'll bring up to management. I hope management will pay attention to make sure their adequate staffing, post appropriate signs/notifications for customers. read more
