PEJU is also one of the few wineries with a permit to serve food. If I had known ahead of time, I would've planned to eat here! The first Cabernet Sauvignon we tried was called Trail ride...it was extremely balanced and silky smooth...I could drink a glass every day! We tasted several other cabs and also had charcuterie towers to share...they use really fresh ingredients and it paired well with wines. Our wine educator shared some super helpful info about their vineyards. The ambiance was perfect, it was a beautiful cloudy Napa day! I will be sure to visit again to visit their estate.
