My friend found this place online and was excited for us to try. We were unsure if we were going to be able to get a table for 6 on a Saturday night but we were relieved to get seated right away. There are tables indoor and outdoor but since there was a beautiful fountain out front, we opted for that. We were further supported by our decision when we could hear the live and robust music inside. All-in-all, we love most of the dishes. Such as the dolma (stuffed grape leaves), olivier salad (potato salad), pilaf, pelmeni (dumplings), borscht (cabbage stew), fattoush salad (tomato salad) and chicken and beef shish kebab. Everything came either already saucy or with a side of sour cream for topping. Presentation was beautiful. There were a few other dishes we ordered towards the end that we weren't as big fans and I can't seem the remember the names so just stick with the ones above instead! Unfortunately, the lightning was dark so I was unable to get some pictures. Dishes are on the smaller side so anticipate to order a lot of dishes if with a party of 6 or more. Service was quick and efficient. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Would love to come again and save some space for dessert!

First food stop for every traveling Eastern European person to Miami is Oasis. Food has been amazing each visit, service - outstanding! This time I brought my parents with me - and they were amazed. True Uzbek experience every time

Chayhana Oasis is a quaint Uzbek spot. Nicely decorated. Friendly service. Tonight they had a birthday and anniversary, which brought people to the small dance floor in the back. The food was really good! Home made bread was a winner. Loved the lamb and pumpkin dumplings. The grape leaves were not my favorite, but they weren't bad. I'm just a little picky with those typically. I also enjoyed the fresh pumpkin filled samsa pastry! Topped it all off with a large (shareable) fresh mint tea. I missed their rooftop parking entrance and paid in a local lot across the street. I'd return and recommend!

Well everyone speaks Russian here which was nice! The decor is absolutely stunning and eclectic. My family decided to order wayyyy too much and we were not disappointed. The staff are very friendly and there is a parking deck right next to the restaurant that I think they valet. Cheberuk was my favorite with the crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside. My husband got the langman soup- he stated it was the best soup he's ever had. Kabobs were lamb with this sweeter sauce and were just as good as my dad's homemade ones.

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and provided impeccable service throughout the meal. The ambiance was perfect--elegant yet cozy. They were very busy and still accommodated us with no reservation. As for the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. Highly recommend coming here and supporting this business in Miami!

The food was AMAZING! So flavorful and well presented. Highly recommend the kabobs. Our waitress was extremely friendly and gave us a heads up on certain entrees that might take 20-40 minutes to prepare and cook. Food definitely worth the price and wait. The restaurant is great place to dress up and go for date night. I'm not from the area but definitely come back when I come back to Miami.

What a discovery! Chayhana Oasis completely amazed me. The food was highly flavorful and genuinely felt authentic. We tried the lamb plov (so tender!), the khachapuri (cheesy perfection, and no, it's not pizza!), the blintzes (crispy and creamy) and the pilaf. Each dish was served on stunning patterned plates that added to the experience. A big shoutout to Ruslan the Ukrainian; his service was outstanding, and he elevated the entire meal with his friendly demeanor and fantastic recommendations. The decor is colorful and transportive, like dining in a Silk Road palace. If you're looking for something unique and tasty in Miami, check out this place!

This spot is delicious and a great local spot. It was surprisingly packed at 6:30 for dinner but we were able to get seated in less than 5 minutes indoors without a reservation. The service was ok, it took a bit to get our order in but to be fair it was Easter and very very busy. The ambiance is very eclectic and showcases the culture well. The food is also pretty good, nothing out of this world but for a quick casual meal in sunny isles it is delicious. We got the chicken and beef kabobs with the roasted potatoes and mushrooms. For our appetizer we got the pickled vegetables which are actually such a great portion and very tasty! It comes with tomatoes, pickles, and cabbage. We also tried the pumpkin samsa and beef samsa. Personally, we wouldn't get the beef again but the pumpkin was so flavorful.

Five stars! Beautiful decor, nicely balanced to welcome both formal and casual dining. Seems they do a fair bit of takeout, too. Waiter was helpful in guiding us through the menu, which did not disappoint. Our favorites were the Adjaruli Khachapuri, Lepeshka, and Achichuk salad. We hope to be back!

The best Uzbek food in south Florida!! You really can't go wrong with anything here it always tastes delicious & super authentic!

Great restaurant, awsome ambiance, amazing food. Liza was our server. She did a great job explaining all the dishes and making suggestions. We liked all of it. Our party orderd lugman soup, salmon kabab, home made potatoes and lamb kabab. Everyone raved about the presentation and the taste of their food. The bread was freshly baked and was really out of this world. We asked Liza to bring more bread to go. Definitely suggesting this restaurant to my friends and definitely coming back.

This restaurant is so beautiful. The service was just ok. It wasn't that just we went around 5pm. We enjoyed the Kovurma Lagman (homemade noodles with beef & vegetables) and Adjaruli khachapuri the best.

OH. MY. F********!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COME HERE ASAP IF YOURE IN THE FORT LAUDERDALE AREA!!!!!!!! First and CERTAINLY not last time having Uzbek food. Holy wow. Service was so professional and attentive. The restaurant is huge with super pretty outdoor seating next to a fountain!!!! Wow everything about presentation and experience here was 10/10. The tables outside are just beautifully painted. I wouldn't have changed a thing about the experience. Food: oh wow. The bread is $10, comes warm and is absolutely soft and has a slight crust to it -- AMAZING! The soup was recommended and honestly maybe was the best thing of this meal. Flavorful, meaty, herby, UGH YES. and the samsa????? Wow so juicy and flaky and just the most flavorful and perfectly made thing. The skewers were also absolutely insane. The rice and quail egg dish missed a little for me as it is sweet and not that salty, and it has some sort of raisins in it. But everything else was just amazing. The water is even fancy. Gosh we're coming here the next time we're in Florida. 100%. Do yourself a favor and make yourself a reservation here, and prepare to have your socks BLOWN OFF. WOW!!!!!!!!!

Do you make chak chak dessert (cak cak)?

Is there happy hour or bottle specials?

I don't believe they have happy hour!! Reservations required and about bottle special , I did not see anything like that on the menu but always nice to ask no charge for…

Really interested ?can I get chicken pilov ? Not a fan of lamb.

I am sorry, we only cook pilaf with lamb.

    Is this restaurant halal?

I believe it is, I didn't see any pork or bacon on menu so I do think they are religious.

    Is this place halal?

We use halal meat ( lamb and chicken for kebabs).

We've been hitting up Mediterranean restaurants like nobody's business on this leg of our spring…read morebreak, in part because of our proximity to many, and in part because my progeny and I are currently obsessed with babaganoush in its many variations. For this particular dinner, we were also focused on finding a truly vegetarian friendly restaurant where we could take our dear friends. Kabobji was a wonderful choice for vegetarians, omnivores, and carnivores alike. It's a large restaurant with plenty of booths and large tables for gathering with friends and family. Someone I suspect to be an owner was working hard alongside his wait staff and displayed a sense of genuine hospitality. Above all, the restaurant has a rock solid kitchen. The falafel ($13.99 / 5 pieces) here were ****STELLAR****!!! They're shaped like Indian medu vada (fried with a hole in the middle), probably for the same reason: to allow as much of the surface to fry to that perfect golden crisp as possible. And Kabobji's falafel were, in fact, awesomely crisp and well textured, made from soaked chickpeas in the traditional style, perfectly sized, nuanced and subtle in flavor -- some of the best we can remember having. (For reference, we love Nish Nush and Tanoreen for falafel in NYC -- and I think our neighborhood must be one of the major international epicenters for falafel.) Also excellent: the baba ghannouj ($10.99 for the small size), just a bit chunky, enriched with a lot of tahini, a moderate amount of garlic, a touch of lemon. This is how we like to make it at home. The vegetable ghallaba platter ($20.99) was simply made with thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, a small amount of zucchini, I think, and a touch of tomato. I would've loved to have had a spritz of lemon or sprinkle of sumac for a more acidic component, perhaps a little less onion. Note that this dish works better as a main course when accompanied by something protein-y like hummus, but it was pleasant to eat alongside our other orders. A convive, who went with the mixed shawarma platter ($27.99), found it to be a generous portion size and enjoyed it, especially with a side of well composed fattoush salad (+$5.99 to upgrade). Beef shish kebab ($14.99) and lamb shawarma ($15.99) wraps were both excellent and moist, a good balance of protein and vegetable. I didn't try them, but the "cheese pies" ($12.99) turned out to be pitas covered with a large amount of melty white cheese that some young children might enjoy as pizza. (Mine probably would've found them to be "too cheesy," but they're mutants.) They came three to an order. When you dine in, they bring a big basket of warm pita / pida to the table -- quite a generous touch!! I think it's house made and of course went beautifully with our food. Bottom line: GREAT FALAFEL! Great, low-key, family-friendly vibe. Good for vegetarians and non-vegs. Go.

Because we had a large group, we ordered two veggie mezzas for the table. They come with grape leaves, baba ghannouj, and hummus, which makes them perfect for sharing. And the unlimited pita bread is always a win. The salad, so refreshing. The Lebanese cheese rolls are also amazing. Some of us switched it up and tried the spicy fish, sautéed shrimp, and the mixed shawarma platter. No regrets. The fish was so flavorful and the perfect size. LollllpThe rest of us stuck to the kabobs and lamb, which are consistently a safe bet. The space is great too. The huge windows give you beautiful lighting, and they have seating for large parties that still feels more private. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is kosher. My husband and I shared a felafel platter. First off they bring a dish of pickled veggies to the table and a basket of fluffy pita -- even before you order. I really like the beet marinated turnips. Some of the "pickles" were a bit spicy for me but my husband liked them all. The felafel were wonderful. Perfectly cooked and still moist inside. You got to choose six salads from the "bar". We selected hummus, Israeli salad, babaganoush, beets, and a chunky eggplant. My favorites were the hummus and the eggplant. We were given extra pita as well. In addition, we got a side of beans and rice. The white beans were soft and flavorful as was the rice. My husband brought half home and had with his eggs the next day for breakfast (!). Our friends had a veggie platter and a salmon pita wrap. The veggie platter was their choices from the salad bar. The salmon was hot and freshly cooked and served as a sandwich with condiments added. They didn't have the knafeh (listed on the online menu) that my husband likes, but they did have bobka (cake) that looked great -- although we were too full to try it. Kosher food -- especially the meat dishes -- are exceedingly expensive now. Not being kosher, I had no clue, so some of the menu prices are a bit of a shock. However, if you stick to the appetizers and smaller dishes, and share, (portions are large) you will be okay price wise. I have a friend who lives near by and likes middle eastern food. I decided to go to the "Falafal" version of the "Achla" empire because it looked newer from the outside. Before I get into this review I'd like to say I risked my life for a falafal, by trying to cross Hallandale on foot. Y'all need some crosswalks my Miami people. But I was still light on my feet (pre-falafal) so was able to play live Frogger like a G. On to the food. I had a falafal sandwich. What's very nice is the owner literally scoops fresh falafal into balls and fries them up on the spot. The result is a moist falafal that's still lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The falafal is a bit hard to eat and it's messy, from the huge dollop of tahina sauce that dresses the top of the sandwich. But I like saucy food so that's not a problem for me, plus I was impressed the pita held up all the way until the end of my meal. Wow. When I make this at home my pita turns into a soggy and ripped mess every. single. time. Inside the (very fresh) pita is falafal of course, Israeli salad, and hummus. What could have make this better? Something tangy or sour to to play against the other flavors. I would have enjoyed a pickle of some sort in there. This one falafal filled me up real good and I was starving. And for less than $8 that's a good deal these days. I have no doubt this food is authentic. The owner is Israeli and looks like he's been working with falafal since back in the day. And the restaurant itself is very new, clean, and nice looking. Why not check it out? Just look both ways before crossing the street, and never, never ever, try running across Hallandale with a stomach full of falafal. (I was between 4 and 5 stars and with a few more choices for toppings I think this would a slam dunk 5-star. But Yelp doesn't allow 4.5 stars and with room for improvement I can't give 5 stars.)

It was basically a container full of rice with a single piece of meat for decoration. This is not plov--it's just rice. We paid for three meat dishes and received three containers of mostly rice.
