Most were fried but a few were baked as well. The outside of the fried empanadas were crispy while the insides were stuffed to the brim with yummy goodness. I would suggest, that if you order the fried ones to eat as soon as possible, since they might get soggy if sat for too long. It is very nice to find all these things in just one physical place without having to buy online. My only recommendation for them would be to try to include Argentinian wines and maybe some grilling tools like Argentinian knives and provoleteras. A couple small notes: the poblano sausage was a bit too cheesy for my taste, and the mac and cheese has crushed tortilla chips on top that feel unnecessary (though the base is still solid). Must-orders: Get the chicharrones and queso and ask for a side of Tajín to sprinkle on top--it takes it to another level. The jalapeños at the condiment station are pure fire and delicious. They also have a full bar, so chilling with a cold beer and some top-notch BBQ is the move. The chocolate truffles at the counter are fantastic--you really can't go wrong with any of them. They also have specials if you order four or more items, which is a nice touch. Plenty of seating inside or outside, and there's ample parking right across the street. If you haven't been in a while (or ever), do yourself a favor and give them another shot. I'm glad I did. Solid 4 stars.
