First off, the service is top notch. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make you feel right at home -- exactly what you want when you're starting your day. Special thanks to Katy ! The food? Everything I've tried for breakfast has been straight-up delicious. No misses here. My favorites? The Capuccino and the Pan de Bono!! And for desert , the passion fruit mousse ! And the vibe is just so inviting -- super family-friendly, It's relaxed, comfortable, and has that warm neighborhood feel that's hard to find these days.

It fills the space in the best way possible and immediately pulls you in for the full experience. One thing that really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, which, unfortunately, hasn't always been my experience at other Colombian restaurants. Many places I've visited primarily speak Spanish, which can sometimes make ordering a challenge. Here, I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. We started with the beef empanadas, and I highly recommend them. The crust was perfectly crispy, while the filling was soft, flavorful, and comforting. Paired with their salsa, which had just the right kick of spice, it was an excellent combination that made for a strong start to the meal. I ordered my go-to favorite, the Bandejita. The presentation was beautiful and appetizing, but sadly, the bold flavors I'm used to just weren't quite there for me. The flat steak tasted under-seasoned, and I actually found myself adding salt, which I've never had to do before at other restaurants. The pork sausage also seemed a bit dry inside, but my husband said that's how it should be, so perhaps that was just my preference. The beans had a different flavor than what I'm accustomed to as well, not bad by any means, just noticeably different. On a positive note, the pork belly was perfectly crispy, exactly how it should be, and the plantains were sweet and cooked to perfection. Overall, the menu looks incredibly tempting, and there are still plenty of dishes I'd love to come back and try. While I may skip the Bandejita next time, I definitely plan on returning to explore more of what they have to offer.

I asked a server for a few extra plates and other things and she was very very nice and provided things very fast. The food was server in less than 10 minutes. The TASTE was incredible: Beef rib - This is a MUST if you come here. Huge and delicious and it melts in your mouth. Explosion of flavors. It's a taste of heaven. Brisket - we had the lean and it was amazing and perfect. Still moist without so much fat so we loved it. Turkey - I didn't try it but my kids ate it all and said it was delicious. Baked potato w/ brisket - Holy smokes ! , It made me remember to give thanks for my meal. This was unbelievably amazing. Side potato salad - I'm not normally a fan, but this one was delicious! Side Corn - the ONLY thing that I didn't like it. Nothing special. Not recommended. Bird & bacon salad - looks like any other salad, BUT noooo, this is a grrreat salad as Tony the tiger would say. Very very recommended. ------ That is all on the food. The place is clean and very family friendly. Don't get scared of you see a long line, it will go very fast. Great place overall !

Went back about two weeks ago on a whim and I've already been back twice since. The BBQ is legitimately exceptional now. The burnt ends are amazing--tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. The cheesesteak is awesome, the turkey is surprisingly moist and tasty, and the overall quality is way higher than I remembered. A couple small notes: the poblano sausage was a bit too cheesy for my taste, and the mac and cheese has crushed tortilla chips on top that feel unnecessary (though the base is still solid). Must-orders: Get the chicharrones and queso and ask for a side of Tajín to sprinkle on top--it takes it to another level. The jalapeños at the condiment station are pure fire and delicious. They also have a full bar, so chilling with a cold beer and some top-notch BBQ is the move. The chocolate truffles at the counter are fantastic--you really can't go wrong with any of them. They also have specials if you order four or more items, which is a nice touch. Plenty of seating inside or outside, and there's ample parking right across the street. If you haven't been in a while (or ever), do yourself a favor and give them another shot. I'm glad I did. Solid 4 stars.
