A friend recommended this place after My 99 malibus steering wheel became free on a sharp turn. I called AAA and called my friend, who gave me The address. When we arrived there , at first glance The place look like some run down or about to be closed shop but once I met Asif and his assistant, and the attention they paid to my car and the way they explained and showed the problem, I knew my car was in right hands and my hard earned money is not going to waste.. The car had brokn rack and rust all over underneath. Asif ordered some new parts and some from junk yard to save me money. Both things arrived with in an hour. He paid the guys in front of me and showed me both bills (he could hide and charge more). I gave him my car at 4 PM and Next morning he text me and called me to let me know that car was ready. I am very happy with him and his worker and their down to earth attitude. I think we should reward and encourage those people who want to do the right thing by promoting them in whatever capasity we can because it is a win win for all of us (The Good People)... :)

I brought one of my cars in for an oil and filter change with an included tire rotation. Having realized after the last time I did this they didn't do the tire rotation I told the service writer and he said he would talk to the technician and make sure it was done this time. When I got the car back I checked the tires, which I had marked this time before bringing the car in, only to find that the rotation was done on the driver's side but not the passenger side. I left in disgust only to realize on my way home that the tech didn't even check and adjust the pressure in the tires. Once home I used my compressor to correct the tire pressures and took a look under the hood. I found that washer fluid wasn't topped off either. I added half a gallon of washer fluid. I'm sure that there may be technicians working there who are good and honest, but it's a crapshoot and you don't know who you will wind up with working on your car. I really expect more from dealerships. My advice: Either do the maintenance yourself if you're able or find a reputable local independent shop to do it for you.

They had the car I was looking for, 2013 BMW X5 black on black, I called right away and spoke with Pattie who answered all my questions regarding the pricing of the vehicle with transparency. We set an appointment for me stop in and test drive the car, when I got there I met the owner Ray which I have to say is very helpful, honest, and as transparent as can be which is a plus when looking to buy a vehicle. The car was clean inside and out, drove amazing, no issue, no codes. I was there with my cousin who is a mechanic and it all checked out, so I proceeded to purchase the vehicle with confidence. Elvin the finance manager went above and beyond to get me the best deal with my credit not being the best and made it all happen. I am very pleased with the purchase, and can't thank the entire staff over at Middle Village Motors for everything, I will be referring friends, family, and coworkers!!!

I…read morewould have rather not bought a car than gone through this exhausting, expensive, and frustrating experience this year. TL;DR: 0/5 stars. If you're considering buying a car from Middle Village Motors, just don't. There are plenty of cars in the city and plenty of better places to buy them. Ray Chomicki sold me a flawed car, wouldn't help me get it fixed, and then tried to buy it back for less than half the cost less 6 months later when his mechanic wouldn't work on it. Ray from Middle Village Motors sold me a car for $6,000 in April. Within days, issues mounted that only continued and worsened through the summer, resulting in 5 breakdowns/tows. When I approached him to help (I was even willing to help pay for repairs!), Ray would either say my car wasn't covered under his warranty or give the car to his mechanic (Highway 79 on Metropolitan), who would "run the error codes and find nothing". After 6 months of issues, complete replacements on parts that had nothing to do with the car's problems, and tedious phone/email tag, Ray offered to buy the car back for $2,800, just under half of what he sold it to me for. I took the car to a different mechanic who quickly and easily troubleshot and fixed the issue (had to do with the fuel system/dirty injectors and sensors). The car had other issues, too - I could keep writing - but the point here is that MVM could have done the right thing, realized they sold me an unfit car and made it right by either fixing the car or issuing a refund. Ray's resolution was essentially charging me $3,000 for being gullible enough to buy a car from him. Yes, I admit I was gullible and made mistakes in this process, but no, Middle Village Motors was not very upfront or helpful with the issues pertaining to the car that they sold me. I want to say the folks at MVM were downright dishonest, but I don't want to discount the possibility of incompetence. Save yourself time and money, don't buy a car here.

If you're looking for a trustworthy, honest and service-oriented car dealer, look no further. I faced major headwinds in finding a decent Transit at an affordable price especially in today's market. My exhaustive search led me 77 miles west to Mike (the owner) in New Jersey. I had serious doubts about a long-distance transaction, but from the outset, Mike put me at ease. He set up a video call, provided a complete walk around of the van and answered all my questions. I took the plunge & drove to MD Euro to complete the purchase. Sadly, a major transmission failure during the test drive precluded the sale but Mike was undeterred. He apologized sincerely and assured me that the Transit would go right to his mechanic for a rebuild. He even offered to pay for my gas back to Long Island. I continued searching local Ford dealerships finding comparable models but at significantly higher prices. Mike called me within a week reporting that the transmission was rebuilt and was available at the same price as originally quoted, despite having a 2nd buyer interested in the van. He even replaced the front rotors & disc pads after he felt they weren't up to standard (they felt good to me), again at no added cost. To make up for the initial inconvenience, Mike offered to deliver the van 50 miles to my workplace; I was amazed. After arriving, I couldn't get a certified check from my local bank (Veteran's Day) and so couldn't actually pay for the van. Mike took it in stride and handed me the keys, trusting me to hold up my end. Finally, MD Euro overnighted all the paperwork I needed to register the van in my wife's name, making an otherwise complex job easy. Thank you Mike and all your team for providing me such a pleasant car buying experience; you made a life-long fan.
