Throughout the years they've been generally awesome to deal with. Never any real issues, always maintained every vehicle with the utmost professionalism. There was a short time they had a crappy/dishonest service manager, but he left & went to Mercedes. Either way, that was a long time ago, life goes on. No everyone is perfect, not every visit is going to be the best day ever. Everyone has a bad day, sometimes things just don't work out. Here we are 2026, I've had my 1st gen cx5 for 10 years, & I've put on 100k+ miles. They changed my oil more times then I can count, they've done brakes, installed lowering springs on it, & a couple other aftermarket items. Plus whatever major services they've recommended. There labor prices are comparable to most other dealership & major shops in the area. These are the times we live in. Curtis, Seth, & the rest of the staff have been good to me through the years. I know most people only leave reviews when things don't work in their favor, but honestly you can't tell me every day you wake up is your best day. Life has ups & downs. I brought my truck to Scarsdale Ford for a major repair and paid over $7,000 for the work. When I picked up my truck, I later noticed multiple scratches on the painted trim directly above the Ford emblem that were not there before the repair. I have photographs taken before the service that show this area was undamaged. I contacted the dealership immediately and made several attempts to resolve the issue professionally. Unfortunately, what disappointed me most wasn't just the damage--it was how I was treated afterward. I repeatedly asked to speak with the Service Manager, but she never came out to speak with me. Instead, other employees were sent to tell me there was "nothing they could do." No one appeared interested in inspecting the damage with me or discussing a possible resolution. I also attempted to reach the General Manager, but my calls were never returned. I then opened a case with Ford Corporate, sent a certified letter, and even filed a complaint with the New York State Attorney General after I was unable to get any meaningful response from the dealership. I made every effort to resolve this matter privately before posting this review. I understand that mistakes can happen during vehicle repairs. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they respond when a customer raises a legitimate concern. In my experience, there was no accountability, no meaningful communication, and no effort to make things right after I had just spent thousands of dollars at their dealership. If you're considering having your vehicle serviced here, especially for major repairs, I encourage you to ask how customer concerns are handled if something goes wrong. My experience left me feeling ignored and dismissed. We are from NJ and I was a bit hesitant to travel to Yonkers to look at it but it was an easy ride and pleasant experience. From the moment we made first contact with their coordinator Rachelle, through our contact with the Sales Rep, it was smooth sailing. We paid cash and they did not upsell thousands of dollars to the price. They had a lot of nice/upscale cars on the lot, not old/beat up cars. They have a one bay detail and mechanic garage area on the lot so they serviced it before we drove it away. On the way home, no issues... car is rock solid and in fantastic condition! Total cost $ 2800.00. The car is a 2013 but with only 50K miles. It has been a great car. Well, the car was fixed, it took 2 visits because they had to other some of the parts. As soon as we picked the car we noticed that brake were making a noise that was there before, and a couple of days after the lights went off again. Took the car back to KIA and they said that pads they put were deflective and also the new sensors. ‍. They said they will replace everything without cost, which is kind of obvious. They will order the parts, that normally take couple of days, but 2 week have passed and no call from them. We have left 2 voice messages and no response. That's bad service, when you make a mistake like this, you need to give priority to get it fixed. I'm upset already that we have to spent extra time taking the car to them several times. Jeramy was the sale consultant and he was fantastic. From the communication to the final purchasing Jeramy and staff was top notch. When I left the dealership with the transit connect the transmission was giving me a lot of problems. I called Jeramy immediate and he asked me to bring the truck back the same morning. They reviewed the issues with a local Ford dealership and had the transmission rebuilt with a new torque convertor at no charge which was around 5K. I purchase a lot of vans and cars over the years, and I have to say this dealership is top notch with customer service and honestly which is very hard to find in a dealership and sales consultant today.
