Explained multiple times that my car sits a little low. When the tow truck arrived, the driver didn't even make an attempt to safely and carefully load my car onto the bed. Not even placing wood or material down to allow for the front bumper to clear. Experienced tow truck drivers/companies understand ride height challenges and typically have the tools for safe loading. The pictures speak for themselves. My car was in no accident. Now I have to get my entire front bumper replaced. Mayeday Towing refused to compensate for the damage. The owner of Mayeday Towing is very unprofessional, rude, and has the worst customer service. He made multiple false claims through text messages. The owners at the automotive wrap shop where my car was dropped off were speechless due to seeing the condition my front bumper was in compared to seeing it days prior. I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Then taking further legal actions. I Repeat, Do Not Use This Towing Service.

Luckily for me, Exclusive Mobile Tire Service came up in my search and I gave them a call. While on the phone I sent a picture of my tire. They were able to distinguish what size tire I needed. They lmk the brand I had wasn't available until Tuesday and asked if I was okay with using another brand. I was able to make it safely to my destination. Sent my location and it literally took them less than 10 minutes to remove and replace my tire. They went above and beyond letting me know my other rear tire was in jeopardy of popping and they were able to squeeze me back in, returning within an hour to change out my other tire. It was a very smooth and painless process. I HIGHLY recommend this business.

They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.
