I will not get too detailed, but I have a Rental Property that was DESTROYED by the tenants; it was so bad, that the police was involved to vacate. They destroyed pretty much whatever they could. The insurance company was involved, and it was declared as a Vandalism. That being the case, the damage was throughout the house; including kitchen and bathrooms. The fixtures were damaged, some torn off. The showers, toilets were over flowing with trash, etc. As bad as it gets for intentional vandalism. The insurance company and agent helped us get a Contractor, Carpenter, and the Best Plumber for this massive job. This Contractor and Carpenter did great for what was paint, new carpet, and general repairs. As for Plumbing, Mike and his crew did change all the toilets, fixtures, shower heads, counters, repaired damaged tub, shower doors, etc. It was a big job. My idea of a plumber before was guys repairing leaks, changing to copper pipes, I was impressed with Mike's services. He paid so much attention to detail, I didn't think "plumbers" had that capability. In reality, it takes a special type of person to pay so much attention to DETAIL. After all the repairs, it didn't take us long to rent the house to a nice family. Since then, Mike has worked on our other properties. I have referred Mike to friends and family. He got the faucet up to code and recommended I swap out the Glacier Bay replacement for a $10 higher Moen because of the quality difference. It was a Saturday morning and I knew I needed to get service ASAP. After reading all the 5 star reviews I decided to call and see if they could fit me in. He offered to give me a discount but I declined because I thought the cost was more than reasonable. He's very hard working and I can't say enough good things about him. Today was my first time doing business with Cheap O's plumbing. Michael and Domingo came out for a same day visit to diagnose a leak in the laundry room and an upstairs toilet that was leaking from the tank into the bowl on a continuous basis. After removing some drywall in the laundry room they determined that nails from the garage wall had punctured the ABS drain pipe. (I guess a pipe can trick you into thinking there is a wall stud there). Oops. Michael cut out and replaced a 6 foot run of the pipe while Domingo worked upstairs installing a new Kohler toilet. (Michael turned over the lid of our leaking toilet and showed me that it was the original low-end toilet from 1994). He also let me know about the rebate that is currently available for replacing an old toilet with a new high efficient one. So I will be able to get a $100 rebate. This father/son team was professional, punctual and efficient and I intend to have them back soon to replace our remaining "original" toilet. read more

I had a leak near our water gauge in the front lawn. Initially I googled plumbers and got "same day" plumbing to come out. Their estimate was $1233 to fix a leak in the PVC pipe connection. I was floored by the estimate and came to yelp to find a local dependable plumber. Called Mike- he was literally at my house within 15min! He was up front with a rough estimate over the phone and followed through, doing the job that day for $498. I called to have our kitchen sink looked, the disposal wasn't working. While cleaning out everything underneath for them to work I realized the pipe was also leaking. The owners son arrived in under an hour from when I called, fixed up the leaky pipe at no charge and replaced the disposal. Very polite, nice young man.
