I don't know if the employees are loosing their love of making sandwiches or they're just too baked when making our food but our orders keep getting messed up. I'm 8months pregnant and have been craving a sub from here so we just ordered and I paid extra for chipotle sauce on my Kali Mist and one half of the sandwich had a bit in the middle, it wasn't spread out evenly. I'm getting through my second half and there's no chipotle sauce on it. My husband asked for no onions on his white widow and asked for more ranch and it lacked sauce and had lots of onion There's no attention to detail anymore. Each time we order we end up disappointed. Every sandwich I have tried has been amazing! The service is great and the place is cute. The fruit punch is refreshing and sweet.

We have had lunches catered from here. The veggie sub was tasty and I love that they have vegetarian options!

Customer service was amazing but the sandwiches? Disgusting. Very poor representation. As shown one sandwich took teriyaki sauce and when we went up to tell them the lady said she did put it and we had to pay for extra because it was made in house. Then the bread was torn apart from how poorly made it was. The other one was made sloppy with the meat being on top of all the veggies. We looked up and saw the sandwich maker cut an avocado while it was touching his shirt the whole time. They are just set in the wall on the corner next to 7/11 and I had never stopped in. They might be easy to miss but once you try their food it's never been a miss in that department. Years ago, I ordered a custom Sticky Icky from their Flagstaff location (it is now closed), with the addition of fried Pineapple. I am forced to conclude that if there was anything Properly Fried in your Restaurant, my Order wasn't it, for the Pineapple was uncooked, and if they didn't have a cooking element in the restaurant, they should have mentioned it when I ordered! I love Cheba Hut! Have come here for years and never reviewed until now. Yes, it's cannabis themed and it's just an all around good vibe! The fam wanted sandwiches and we ended up here tonight. It was pretty busy and there was a line that moved pretty quick. We got 4 nugs, drinks, chips and munchies. Total came out to almost $60. Not cheap but the food is good and *usually* made correct. There is 3 different Koolaids on TAP! The munchies are delicious! I really like the captain crunch treat. I usually get the Midwest best and it's perfect.
