Good toasty subs, always had good subs when we've ordered from them. Have a good selection to try something different every time

First visit to a Cheba Hut Subs and it won't be the last! Looking for a quick hunger fix and Chef was literally across the parking lot. Walking in I was instantly taken back by the cool decor of the restaurant. However, since it was a hunger fix I was looking to fix, the decor didn't mean all that much at the time! The menu is vary different for a sub sandwich restaurant, and perhaps a bit overwhelming too. My suggestion is to lean into the person taking your order to assist with your selection! She convinced me to try two sandwiches to get a feel for what they offer. The first was the Kali Mist which was turkey, bacon, pepper jack, avocado, spicy mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles and jalapeño. This was my favorite of the two, but make no mistake, it was because they both were outstanding! The second choice was the Thai Stick which was grilled chicken, teriyaki, bell peppers, pineapple, pepper jack, lettuce tomato, pickle, and house dressing. Again, a fabulous sandwich, but a close second to the Kali Mist! Wonderfully different sandwiches which you should definitely give a try if you are a bit tired of the other "chain" sandwich shops! read more

Cheba Hut used to be great. Due to Jason the manager you have lost 4 minimum, 2 visit a month customers. Jason, you are the definition of an absolute horrible manager. We spoke of our issues on ALL 4 sandwiches, your bartender took these issues to you, and you did nothing to support her. Customer are hard to get and getting hard with these times. Jason, you and and or your restaurant need customer or yet again, you will be looking for another job. Shame on you. read more

Venue 5 the place is spacious, clean, nice interior and comfortable Food 4so far i've been loving their veggie sandwiches I've been here 4x, 3 of those I got the Atrain which I love love (if you like mushrooms try this) and today I tried the Magic mushroom. Its ok i still love the mushroom but i find the dressing on the salty side (maybe next time I'll order the dressing on the side) Service - good! Friendly people Yes! Best subs in Vegas!! I order via Grub Hub, so can't comment on the actual inside restaurant, but my orders are always hot and delicious! New subs to try often as well. I would eat a sun from here everyday if I could! I've been there three times now and as much as I'd like to try other things on the menu the kali Mist is just too good to pass up on. This is Cheba Hut!! Ohh man. Ive tried this place in San Diego and I had to find one here in Las Vegas. Great great toasted subs and plenty of variety for drinks. Killer atmosphere (Iykyk) Lol I got the Chronic Bbq Roast beef "Blunt" size sub. Roast beef, BBQ, green bell pepper, shrooms, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, Shake & House dressing. Amazing to say the least. Great crunch, meat ratio was very nice and the taste is up there with any other sub place Ive tried recently. Grabbed a house Margarita from a very lovely lady bartender. So good! I'm so happy they opened one on this side of town. The food is amazing. Not so typical sandwiches each coming with their own twist. We ordered kali mist and Midwest best. The garlic herb bread is the perfect crunchy blanket to wrap up the meats and sauces. Service is great! So fast. I loved how big it is inside and the artwork. I like the food but will not go here again. I ordered online a half hour ahead of time for pickup. It was a simple two sandwich order. When i got there the place was a madhouse and they were telling everyone who walked up to the counter that there was a 20 -30 minute wait on getting their food. When the cashier went to check my order he said it wasn't ready. I asked how long the if my food had been started, he said no, how long was the wait - 20 to 30 mintues. I couldn't wait - my dog was in the car with AC dog mode on but i could not in good conscience leave him that long. No problem, i asked for a refund. But the manager I got, three times she tried to get me to wait. And she was so rude. (May 17 at 12:40.) She said the refund would take 3-5 days. That seems like a bit much. i don't mind that they were backed up butthat rudeness.....ugh Anyway, won't go back there anytime soon..... read more

I love Cheba Hut. Srsly. Tasty hot sandwiches and cold beer... What's not to love? The Kali Mist on Garlic Bread is one of my fave lunches anywhere. The little bar is a good place to hang with a beer - and outside seating looks to be great for the Spring. This location is right in the heart of Stephanie St, so is great anytime I'm near the Mall or Sunset Station. Also, the rice crispy treats are perfect. read more

Okay, so I've been to about 4 different location between Las Vegas and Denver and every single one of them has ruined my opinion of every other sandwich shop in the world. That's because no other shop can match how delicious and addictive these sandwiches and treats are. The AK-47 is my got to. That's their French dip that is just amazing. The Kind is my other favorite. That's turkey, bacon, mushrooms and lettuce. I've had a few others but those are my top faves. After you're done, splurge and get yourself a rice crispy or fruity pebbles treat. Your wife will remind you that that's not on your diet but if you just ignore her, it will taste even better. Food is good. Location is nice, clean, new. Staff is awesome! Smiles on their face and working their tails off. However this is a note to management/owner: Please get these guys more staff! 1 cashier and 2 people prepping sandwiches and 1 person wrapping and bagging. You have got to get this location more than 1 toaster. It can only move so fast and hold so many but when you have a busy Sat afternoon and your place is packed with people WAITING 25 mins for their sandwich, it's just not going to cut it. That's the good news! Your location is thriving but I heard tons of waiting customers say "never again" for the simple fact of the wait time. Please help your staff & customers out and add to the execution line. read more

Well friends it's official, I've found a new spot. I came and tried this place after my coworkers were raving about it. First thing the atmosphere is definitely vibes and all kindness and calm. The employees are beyond personality and kindness. The girl at the front wearing the sun necklace and dark blond hair with black and grey and white jacket was so helpful and helped me find me new favorite sandwich of all time. THE THAI STICK. I got a 12 inch and garlic butter pretzel nuggets and a giant chocolate chip cookie and a free drink. I ate everything. The chocolate chip cookie is perfectly cooked with a nice soft texture in the middle and not too sweet. I had just finished the gym when I came here and I am absolutely coming back. The flavors are a 10/10 not soggy bread perfectly toasted with fresh veggies and great taste the flavors are just dancing around. Everything was amazing. Whoever manages the team is doing a great job everyone there is amazing and unique I love it. Oh and they have 4 different koolaids on deck all the time. I've never left a place only to get in my car and feel the immediate need to write a review... I came here out of the blue because I'm on this side of town for an appointment and wanted some thing fast but not unhealthy. Okay, yes my sub was freaking delicious but the staff today was out of this world. Everyone was so sweet to me! I was immediately greated with a happy "welcome in" by a guy working at the bar. The cashier who had a sunflower tattoo on his arm was so sweet and complimented my sunflower dress and kept referring to me as "my friend" as he took my order. Then a girl, who I believe was wearing pink glasses, also complimented my dress and when she served my food she said something like, "here you are pretty lady." Another guy walked by my booth and checked on me to see if my food was good. As I was leaving that same girl made a heart with her hands and yelled "I hope you have a wonderful day" and a bunch of them yelled thanks for coming in!! Honestly, I just feel like the whole experience brightened up my day and made me feel like humanity is still good. Whoever runs this place, your staff is happy and it shows. I'm going to freaking come back not only because the sub was delicious but the staff is out of this world. Thank you for a great experience! I wish it was like this everywhere! read more
