The best. Called the office to get insurance quote for what I thought would be a cargo van. John called me back asked me what was my goals. I explained to him and he told me I could get cheaper insurance with box trucks and semi trucks. We pretty much just talked it up no commitment. He was pretty much coaching me the whole process with out me saying I was choosing them and not a dime from my pocket. He was fine with me exploring other options. Then I was put in touch with Johnny. He gave me my quote. But I still wanted to get others. So they didn't pressure me saying they were the best like other insurance companies do. Johnny occasionally checked in on me asking how I'm doing and if I found any cheaper quotes. At that time I did not. But he did not force anything on me. At first I found this company to be very eager to help me find affordable insurance... I suspect that was just to get my business. They signed me up with a less than reliable auto insurance company who has yet to make good on a claim that I filed one month ago, when I requested the assistance of Checkers Insurance, I've was either blown off or giving the run around. I've been asking for a copy of my policy every single day this week and although it take only but a few second to email the policy - I have still yet to receive it. Do not trust these insurance agents to be honest and give you the 411 on the companies they sign you up with - they will sign you up with the worst of the worst and not warn you about all the loop holes in your policy. Now I'm stuck paying out of pocket for a claim, where I should have only been responsible for my deductible. Sick and tired of their excuses, I found a better insurance agent who already got me a great price and better premiums on my motorcycle insurance. Next I will switch over my car insurance.
