But I've never had a sandwich here that I didn't like. As you love down the line the guy at the end will put whatever you want on it, including lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc! Horrible experience!! So this is my second time placing an order to this restaurant and the 1st time was a bad experience but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So I placed my at 8:00pm on GrubHub it sent me a text at 8:02pm stating my food would be here by 9:05p-9:15p. By 9:30p no food so I called and spoke to the manager on duty (which was really helpful and understanding) and he explained how the delivery guy has no car and is on a scooter. Now my thing is if you are going to offer a service and provide a time YOU SHOULD STICK TO IT!! By taking the cheap way out and not hiring the proper staff you lose customers as myself. Now the food finally arrived by 9:50p!!! YES 9:50PM!! and when it got here there was soda spilled all over the milkshake I ordered, the food was soggy, all squished together and my Chili Cheese Dogs was missing. So I sent it back!! Lucky I checked the food before letting the delivery guy leave and I took pictures as proof. I wish I could upload these pictures so you guys can see how horrible it was!! The only reason I gave it 1 Star was because I couldn't go any lower and because the manager was really nice. It's now 10:15pm and I'm currently waiting for my food AGAIN!! Tasty food. I have had their lunches now and again as a treat. Fast food should not be had everyday - this is not wholesome and healthy. When I have their lunches they are pretty good. The veggies are super fresh and the meat protein well done and good. The staff is courteous and the facility clean. I would recommend their meal as a now and again treat but not as an everyday thing! read more

This White Castle in Bayside is at the majorly busy intersection of Northern Blvd and Bell Blvd. There is a small parking lot with room for 5 cars plus 1 handicap spot and there is a drive-thru with the entrance as you come south on Bell Blvd. I usually like to go inside to order, but as we pull into our parking spot a see a white Mercedes pull in next to us and they order from the app as we go inside. We like the Bacon Cheeseburgers, so we get 4 of those along with 2 Fish sandwiches with cheese. We always get the Fried Clam Strips, but I was shocked that a sack now is $13.69, Yikers! It was a tossup between the Chicken Rings and Onion Rings, but we go with a sack of Chicken Rings, which was 20 rings for $9.29. They were surprisingly better than the ones we've had before with better taste and are thicker. There is also a new limited time menu item, the Fajita Chicken sandwich and it was probably the best thing on the menu. WC's chicken sandwich usually is one of their rings on a bun, but this is way better. It is a fried white meat fillet topped with jalapeno cheese and it tastes really good. For $2.99, it's a pretty good deal. Our order is filled in less than 10 minutes and we're back on the road going home to enjoy our goodies. The total order was $47.36, which is way more than any White Castle order I've had in the past, so it's no longer the cheap value meal it once was.
