I was really excited to see a commercial advertising checkers having a two burger deal for four dollars. After waiting in line a few minutes, dealing with the automated drive-through speaker, someone came on and said they do not have that deal. What a waste of time and effort. They get orders wrong more often than they get them right, forget to give straws or napkins, etc. regularly. I just got back from a visit and asked for a plain cheeseburger and got it with EVERYTHING on it. They forgot to give us straws and napkins this time around. Absolute trash. My wife and and I were trying to order late night food through Door Dash. The order was cancelled twice because the Dasher said the restaurant was closed. So I decided to drive to the restaurant because the hours were until 2 AM. I sat i. The drive way for about 10 minutes, when the attendant said "my system is down, I can''t help you." So then I parked my vehicle, then walked up to the window and I witnessed the attendant standing in the middle of the store completely ignoring the customers while playing on his phone. I decided to drive over to Burger King and get some food. I can't recommend this place because the customer service was absolute trash, the food is fine. Worst food ever. The burger I got had a funky smell to it and the fries tasted like they had been in the warming tray all day long. The fries were like crunchy dry for spending $17. I was very disappointed plus they charge extra for sauce. You're better off saving your money and going next-door to Wendy's or Taco Bell. read more

The sign says 10am and when I walked in at 10am the staff were rude to me telling me that they don't open til 10.30. The sign on the door and google both say it opens at 10am. They told me "too bad" Now I'm Going to McDonald's for food. Shame on your bad customer service and false advertising. read more

AVOID HEALTH WARNING. I saw a hispanice female manager use an uncovered hand to touch food on two separate occasions. Once she took and then ate french fries from the frier then dumped the remainder into a fry bag and place it in a cudtomers bag. The other time she touched raw chicken fried chicked and placed it in the frier. Beacuse she obviously didnt then fry her hand anything else she touches now has uncocked chicken on it. Watch out for the middle aged Caucasian lady with glasses and grey/white hair. She will lie about how much she charged you. I was charged $12 for a $4 box. I even asked for the receipt but she made up an excuse for not giving me on. There was a "order receipt" on the bag that said $8 and I went up to the window and asked and she made ANOTHER excuse that "that's not the final charge" and that she didn't overcharge me. Something didn't feel right so I already left. I decided to check my bank account when I got home, and instead of being charged $4, I was charged $12. Check your bank account when you leave this checkers if she is at the window. Checkers has yet to get back to me about getting a refund. This was the best experience at a Checkers I've ever had. I was born and raised in GA and always get checkers when I return. The visits are always the same. Not greeted by employees that don't want to be working and maybe my order is right, maybe not. But I still return because I grew up on the food and love it. Christopher was working the register tonight and was warm and welcoming. Made small talk with us and made sure he got our order right. He was very kind and a breath of fresh air. We got our food and it was fresh and right! We will return to this location again on our way back out of town. Christopher deserves a raise or promotion because his customer service was exceptional. I even walked back in to get his name so I could tell the franchise owner about his awesome employee. read more

I really like Checkers food, when it's made right. I've been to this Checkers about 7 times. It's about half and half. Really good.... or really bad. Today I ordered a cheeseburger meal with a coke. I got completely unseasoned, under cooked fries. This is Checkers... their seasoned fries are why I go.... ugh. After pulling away I realized they didn't give me straw, which was really unfortunate, because they also gave me a Mr. Pibb... which I didn't realize until I was back at my office. I opened the burger, and it was cold. Not just... not hot... the bun was actually cold to the touch like it had just come out of the fridge. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted. Not sure what's up with them today.... but if this was my only experience with them, I would not return. read more

the guy working the counter was so rude. his customer service skills were terrible and the place smells so bad. and its very dirty. i probably wont be back to this place.
