Our son stopped at Zaxby's, Lawenceville/Suwanee Road in Suwanee, GA around 8:30 pm on a Friday night. Went inside to order to go. Clean inside, friendly staff & they got the order right, as we ordered for 4 people. Inside he monitored & make sure everything is accounted for. $60 for everything, here's what we got. Asian Zalad, Fried Pickles, 2 orders of Nibblers (3 per order) & 2 orders of Five Finger Plate with Fries & TX Toast. Everything was fresh!! Note: Zax Sauce came with the meals & dressing game with my salad. Ranch came with the pickles. Try the Nuclear Sauce, but know that that & other sauces added are .$25 each. Full bellies at the end of the night. Not at all happy it cost basically $15.00 per person for fast food, but you be the judge. I would go back, yes but maybe in another year. Absolutely terrible service. Girl with pink hair at window had a very nasty attitude when I asked about military discount. Manager is not any better she enabled the attitude and proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers. Just very nasty how they treat customers. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Always seem as if they cannot be bothered to help resolve issues the store or the employees themselves have caused. Been there 10+ times with a survey receipt code that "couldn't be accepted." Despite 100+ times using those survey codes with zero issue. Each time they "couldn't accept my code" they showed zero effort in finding a solution and instead just waited for me to pay for food I SHOULDNT BE PAYING FOR. This Zaxby's location is like gambling, it's always a coin flip to the quality of how the food may be. Depending on the day it ranges from 2* to 4* , unfortunately this time when we ordered the fries and toast we're both unseasoned and soggy. This Zaxbys location used to be my go to when in the Suwanee area but now I just come here when I need a gambling fix at this rate. The chicken tenders will either be extremely small, lack any breading, and be cold/soggy or they will be well seasoned and crisp to a bite. Overall, I'll probably still come here just to see if the next time I come the food quality might be better. The order was delivered on time and this location had great quality fries compared to the average fast food location. The fries in particular were moderately spicy and came with a few containers of sauce. Furthermore, the amount of fries we received was also a fair amount. Especially for the price we paid the number of fries we received for that price was well worth it. The delivery time was around 17 minutes for this order. Good chicken, good customer service, and friendly people work here. Try the Wings and Things combo if you are a noob and want to try a few of their offerings in one package. They have one of those nifty coke dispensers where you can choose from a plethora of drinks (coke products.). I recommend trying their Barqs root beer which pairs nicely with their buffalo wings and chicken strips. The Zac sauce is very good and I also recommend their ranch and bbq sauce. We eat here because of their salad. Today I went through the drive through. Then I brought it home to eat my salad. As I was eating it, I noticed something was missing ... then I realized there was no chicken in the salad. I also got a salad for my wife. So I checked her salad and of course no chicken in her salad either. So I packed up the salad and went back to the Zaxby's to get a new salad. I got there and spoke to the person at the register. I explained what had happened. She talked to the person in the back explaining what had happened. She came back with just the chicken and just nonchalantly said, " So sorry for the problem". I expected them to remake the salad, but she said there was nothing wrong with the salad and try to blow me off. So, I said for your mistake and my trouble to have to come back, I asked if she could just give a little more chicken. She continuously said no and tried to appease me by giving me a side fries. I've come here for 17 years so here's my take on this place-This is the lowest quality Zaxbys (and maybe fast food restaurant period) you can find. The food is far too often very of poor quality-soggy fries, wilted lettuce, old chicken fingers, just to name a few. The absolute worst part though is the customer service. If you show up an hour before closing you will be treated as if you are the bane of these people's existence. They're miserable at their job and have no problem letting you know it. And the "ambiance" of the place is awful as well, they will leave cleaner products out in the tables, mop buckets laying around the dining room, their decor has dust caked on it after years of being neglected. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Both managers Bob and another Asst. Manager were extremely rude. Bob, the GM shouldn't be in a customer service business. He wouldn't listen to my concerns and when I asked for the corporate phone number his response was "look it up on the website." My order took almost 15 minutes and no explanation until I went inside to complain. I also told them they did not get my order correct, but he said they did, but it wasn't. I've honestly never had a problem with this Zaxby's. I always get my order hot, and ready with no mistakes. Believe me the service is not perfect, but it's not horrible either.
