The staff at The Shed were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Portions were generous, and everything tasted amazing. The brisket, in particular, stood out--it was moist, tender, and easily one of the best I've ever had. I even spoke with the manager to share how impressed I was, and he went above and beyond by taking me back to see the smokers. That really showed their pride in what they do.
