Food was good but service was horrible. We had four people at our table. When the food was served, I had to ask for silverware. I was the only one to receive silverware. I guess everyone else at the table was expected to eat with their hands. The bartender didn't know how to make a cosmopolitan; which can easily be looked up. So I had to order a different drink. New Orleans Pasta, which I love, had only 2 pcs. of onion, no peppers, no sausage, chicken and shrimp was good. Portion thou smaller than eating inside, was okay. Salad was good but smaller and that Pot Pie was tasty but very much smaller than what you get when you eat inside and that small round pie was crushed inside a small SQUARE container. Don't do the 'join the wait list.' We did it, waited in our hotel for 30 mins bc the wait time was 45. They even text to confirm. We arrive to be told 'no we don't do that. We are staying in Albany on business, have ate Cheddars in other states. This was the first time it took us over an hour to get served. We watched people come in after us and get served and leave before us. Our waitress kept walking but saying your drinks will be ready, we watched others get bar service and sweet tea way before we did. Kept getting told they would be ready took 30 minutes to get my bar drink and 40 minutes to get my husbands sweet tea. We got seated at 5:15 pm, waited 15 minutes with so many tables open. Got seated, the waitress came by said it would be a minute, she finally came and took our drink orders, then after a bit came and took our food order. We watched other around us, who got seated after us getting drinks and then served. We finally got served our food and this whole time anytime the waitress would walk by it was your food will be up, sorry the drinks are coming. I am so frustrated! After coming and leaving without eating three times because the wait list was over 30 minutes long I swear I would not come back until there was a way to make reservations. Well, there is no way to make reservations but I thought I would use the Yelp app to join the waitlist. I did so drove across town went to check in as directed, and was told that they do not recognize Yelp wait list. The only way is to come to the podium and do it in person. The way to that point was 30 to 45 minutes. I left again, for the last time. read more

Then waited another 15 for the next drink. Then the ribs were burnt on the edges. The servers are good, but unfortunately the kitchen isn't as good. So I would probably pass on here. We wont be back after this one *** well came back on 12/18/18, and what do you know it was 20 mins to get our drinks. Bar is a MESS, so if you are ordering real drinks you will be waiting. Manager gave some half @$$ excuse that she was busy. Then I was told they were waiting for someone to get some alcohol. So that being said I wouldn't waste your time going here. Go somewhere else. Went on a Thursday afternoon @1:18 took about 40 minutes to get drinks was informed they were brewing the tea so I asked if they could go ahead and bring my mom her water they said sure. Instead they waited to bring it out until the tea was done. We wait over an hour and still food wasn't done and we asked it to be bagged to go. Still had to wait about another 20 minutes and once we got home the sauces to go with the tenders were all wrong. We stopped on our way to Orlando. It was around 4pm local time -so not crowded and we were seated right away. Very friendly staff. Our server, Johnny, was excellent! He made sure we had everything we needed and even brought to-go water without our asking since he knew we were traveling. The food was delicious. The staff here knows how to turn tables quickly by adhering to a simple formula: always greet and seat guests quickly + waitress takes order correctly + kitchen pumps out food quickly + checkin during meal + get the check immediately when done. Ordered one to go and same thing, had to go to the bar to see what the holdup was on order. Still waiting on my husband's glass of water that we asked for twice. Had to go get our own napkins because bartender never brought them. Also, why is it so freaking cold inside the restaurant. Especially the bar area. An employee told us it was to keep the floor from getting slippery. My suggestion is put down different flooring and set A/C on better temperature than -5 degrees. People sitting at the bar that came in after us got their food before us. One even ate and left.
