I would like to give my applause to the barista, Ruby, who happens to always serves me whenever I visit the Starbucks. One time, I came with my friend who has a nut allergy, and I thoughtfully asked Ruby what items she recommends that don't have any nut ingredients in them. What she did went above and beyond my expectations as she pulled out a laminated paper with all of their location items and details about allergens and preferred diet options. My friend happily ordered an Iced Chai Latte with a Strawberry Matcha Loaf, thanks to the certainty of Ruby. Overall, Ruby is an outstanding barista who never fails to make a memorable experience at this Starbucks. Her bright and welcoming presence always lightens the mood and makes me look forward to my customer experience. She never spells my name wrong on my drinks and always serves them with a smile on her face. Thats still HELLA reasonable. And this was my first time so I was paying for the glass containers too. So you're telling me, no micro plastics, real milk for UNDER 20 bucks? Maaaaaaaaaannnn.
