I've been so bummed since WG Grinders permanently closed in Lima that I was excited to find a place that had them on their menu. We stopped in for a early dinner on Saturday and I have to say that I had a hard time choosing between the bacon cheeseburger and the club grinder so I ordered the burger to eat there and the club grinder to go. Oh my!, they have the best burgers that I've ever tasted. Seriously, this is no exaggeration. Everything was perfect. The bun was toasted on the inside so it didn't get mushy, the patty was grilled to perfection, seared on the outside and so juicy. Even the bacon was perfect. Cooked exactly right. We got a basket of fries to share and even they were great. Nice and golden with a crisp exterior but a fluffy center. Seasoned well that you wanted to eat them without ketchup. My husband got the Philly cheesesteak grinder and he really enjoyed it. Our waitress was very friendly and atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. I even loved that when your bill comes that there is a QR code right on the receipt so you can scan it with your phone and pay with Apple Pay. So convenient.
