One of the best burgers I have had in a long time. I have had the other "guys" burgers and paid for it literally this one was worth what I paid great taste flavor was burger not fluff of all the glam that these other places feel they have to put on the burger to hype up Their reputation because they have mediocre or subpar meats or lack the experience to prepare a quality burger this burger was prepared with a knowledge of burger mastery, seasoning, precise timing on the heat. They Allow you dress that gorgeous piece of meat with what ever you desire. If you want lettuce and onion get it if you don't then then don't it's yours. That succulent piece of meat awaits your tastebuds along with those mouthwatering fries as an accomplice to the assault in your mouth good luck. Cheeseburger Bobby's is my favorite place to get a hamburger or chicken sandwich! My daughter loves the food and especially the custard. The food is outstanding and they cook it to order: I am occasionally on a low carb diet and they prepare the meat only for me and their vegetable/condiments bar makes everything very accommodating. Great customer service on my brief visit here. I was in a hurry and my little one wanted fries and a drink so we popped in here. The young lady cooking behind the counter was very nice and attentive. I had never been here before so we didn't know about the variety of seasonings for the fries, which may I add is really cool. The fries were cooked fresh so they were hot and the overall service was excellent. We will definately return to try the burgers that looked so delish. read more

I highly recommend not going here anymore. I've been going a few days a week the cheese fries WERE off the hook. To save money they changed the cheese to some crap you get at a gas station. Way to take care of the customers and put them first Bobbi. As if your prices weren't alright high enough. Dang shame. I guess this is a sign of the times. read more

Great food, great atmosphere. Me and family got extra fries that they walk around along with a mint after our meal! Staff was very nice. It was cool because they had real cut fries for me and for my wife onion rings. We topped off our meal with a frozen custard mixed with oreos, which sounds crazy, but actually was pretty tasty. Really good burgers...the service and the patrons that were seated stared at us the entire time as if we shouldn't be there. Would never eat at a place I feel uncomfortable. Felt like I walked into the 1960s'. I really hate that because the food was really good. Next time, I would phone order, because the burgers were pretty good. read more

Great place for fresh wonderful cheeseburgers. The fries are always fresh and hot. The chicken sandwiches don't get their due, they are wonderful, especially the bacon Swiss. Love all the different sauces and seasonings. People are friendly and love those fry refills. A little more pricey than fast food but it's worth it! read more

This is my FAVORITE hamburger place. We go to the one in Hiram. I prefer my burgers to be plain hamburgers, no cheese or other offered added ingredients. I love that they are not huge 8 oz. burgers and that they smash them flat while cooking so they have a good sear. The topping bar allows me to dress the burger just the way I like. I love their Bobby Sauce on the burgers and to dip my fries in. The staff is friendly, professional, and goes the extra mile to make each visit outstanding. I have been going to Cheeseburger Bobby's since it opened and NEVER had a bad experience or a bad meal. read more

Whenever I venture out to the far reaches of Hiram I always try to swing by here if possible. The burgers are so awesome! Once I had one I found myself craving them after too much time away from them. The staff is also very friendly. They bring around free fries and mints for after the meal. I would recommend this place to anyone, but beware the burgers are a bit addictive. read more

Love this place. After the second time I went, I asked how long they've been open (thinking that they must be new, because basically it's fast food, and everyone has a great attitude). For an inexpensive cheeseburgers Cheeseburger Bobby's is the best in Hiram. You will see where they store the potatoes. Not pre-made fries, actual 50 lbs bags of potatoes. They clean, cut, and fry them right there. That's why they are so good. The meat tastes like it was fresh, not frozen. Lots of cheeses for the cheeseburger. I prefer Pepper Jack and my wife prefers Cheddar. My wife says the frozen custard is the best in town. Lots of burger fixings and you get to chose what you want. They have Sweet, Unsweet, and Peach Tea (my favorite). Service is great and the kitchen is quick with the orders. I wish I had a Cheeseburger Bobby's near where I work. Then again I want to lose weight and having them that close would wreck my diet. Also their wheat bun, which is only 25 cents more, is the best I have had from a burger place. Think Fuddruckers with better service, a few less fixings, better fries, has Peach Tea, and, most importantly, the hamburger combo is under $10. read more
