First time ever trying this place. Had heard so much about it so we decided to see if all the talk and hype about it was true... Well......Yes it is, all true. Our burgers were AWESOME. Cooked just like we wanted them and served Fresh and Hot. The beef chili dog was sooo good. The fries were also delicious, even tho we weren't offered more as others were we still had plenty. Had a nice variety of drinks to chose from also. This is a very pleasant place to eat. Family oriented and lots of room. We will return and if you haven't been, Please try it for yourself. See a lot of advertising for this restaurant and decided to take the family. The theme of the restaurant to me was kind of a knock off of Five Guys. The burgers we ok, by no means bad just nothing to write home about. The fries on the other hand, were not that great. For what you got it seemed a bit pricey to me. Decided to have lunch at this location today and was not disappointed. Having recently went back to a low carb diet I will say this is a great place to go. I ordered the bucket list burger with no bun and loved the fresh toppings on the bar to jazz it up. My daughter got a grilled cheese kid meal and my mom a burger meal and both really enjoyed it. Also, although the fry containers throughout the restaurant looked plentiful, it's nice that they walk around offering fresh fries to patrons. The location was quick, clean and friendly. We had the best experience here today. The food was amazing, they had someone come and refill drinks whenever you needed. They had someone going around with samples of custard for everyone to try (which did persuade me to buy an oreo concrete so mission accomplished with that) THEN they had someone walking around d with a bowl of fries and tongs asking if anyone wanted any more because (Im assuming) they were making a fresh batch. Regarding the two previous negative reviews--both girls: if you're counting calories, don't go to a place with "cheeseburger" in the name. Spoiler alert: it's a burger and fries joint. Pattied ground beef seasoned and seared on a flat-top grill--done the same way for the better part of a century. What do you consider a non-crappy burger? My wallet is afraid to ask! Too expensive? Are you kidding? A combo at Wendy's will set you back $7. $8 is right on point for a fast-casual restaurant these days. You probably think gas should be less than $1/gal too. I hear McDonald's has a double cheeseburger for $1, go check it out. Don't take out your OCD-inspired frustrations on a place that most certainly deserves more than one star for the service alone! Bottom line: these burgers rock! Blows Five Guy's away, I'm afraid. The burgers are beefier and the fries are just as plentiful but not as greasy. And you can select exactly what you want on your burger Fudrucker's-style. You can even choose between iceberg and green leaf lettuce. End result is a perfectly seasoned burger seared to perfection on a buttered and toasted bun topped exactly how you want it. And at this price-point, it doesn't get better, believe me. Bring pants with some elastic in them. Don't make the mistake of ordering the Double anything. You get a giant burger and a ton of fries. I give the food 4 stars. It was not the best burger I've ever had, but it was really good. The fries and onion rings were great as well - nice, salty and crunchy. It is pretty reasonable on the price. For Two black & blue burgers, an order of onion rings and an order of fries it was $15. Black and blue burgers are blue cheese and swiss. I am always a fan of places that let you choose your own condiments/toppings and this place had a reasonable selection. The staff were friendly and they even had a guy walking around offering mints to everyone which I appreciated. However, I would only give this location 2 stars on the dining area. Everything was very clean, but it was crowded. It is a very small space and all the tables are packed together pretty tight and the area for getting your condiments/toppings and drinks was in such a very tiny space that it made it difficult to manuver and get what you wanted. Now we were there at about 6 p.m. on a Friday night and it was very busy, but I want to feel comfortable eating my meal and I felt rushed because of all the people in line waiting for a table. Another caveat was that there is no place for people to wait who are doing take-out, so for the most part these people would sit at a table waiting. read more

Awesome Burgers! Very friendly and helpful staff will not only offer you more fries, but will offer you a mint while they take your tray for you! You order the Burger and Fries, you get it and you can make it up any way you want it. A very larege selection of drinks and deserts (not sure how someone has room for it with that huge burger and fries) also await the Burger connoisseur. I havent had a bad experience at a Bobby's but this is by far my favorite location. The staff is really friendly and efficient. I too prefer Bobby's over Five Guys. Their burgers and buns are so much more moist. The do it yourself toppings are a winner as well. The lettuce and tomatoes are always really crisp. They now have something called Bobby's Sauce and it is great on everything. This is not fast food so be prepared to wait a few minutes. My only complaint is that they close a little early. read more

Bobby's is the place my family loves to go when wanting burgers. The service is outstanding each and evertime. My kids like when they come around with the fry basket to refill guest plates. The place is always clean and the best part is the food keeps you coming back. This is a great place to get a burger. They have a fixens bar with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, and every kind of dressing immeasurable. So you can fix your burger to your liking. They also have whole wheat buns which I find an excellent choice. read more

They've reduced the size of the burger patty again! Since I've known about Cheeseburger Bobby's, they have reduced the size of their burger patty twice! First, I don't like well done burgers. Cheeseburger Bobby's was one of the few places that had a burger thick enough to be cooked to order. I ordered a burger just today with an extra meat patty - medium-rare. What I got was three small burger patties cooked medium well. With this latest reduction in size, it is impossible to cook a burger less than medium well without it being practically raw on the outside. In addition, this is the third time they've tried to pawn off cold fries. I tasted one french fry and it was barely room temperature. Never mind that they had hot, fresh fries sitting in a pan right next to the fryer! I asked the grill person if they had changed burger patties, and she said they were now smaller, so they now give three patties to make up for the difference. Basically, they are serving the same basic burger patty that the fast food giants are serving, but charging upwards of $13 for the lunch combo. The grill person said the change was a "corporate decision", so I decided to call the Cheeseburger Bobby's corporate office to register my displeasure with the change. The receptionist said that someone was in the office that handled customer complaints, but he was on another call. She asked if he could phone me back. That was five hours ago, and still no return phone call! So, smaller burgers, cold fries, and they want a tip! Not happening. This was my last visit to Cheeseburger Bobby's. read more

Great burgers!! Everything under the sun to decorate your burger the way you like it. It is never dirty so don't know where that came from. I usually go for lunch but they do have $.99 kids meals on Monday and Tuesday night. Fries are the homemade kind with peeling on them. So good!! I've visited this spot for over a year now and to say things have changed would be an understatement. I've seen employees come and go, but there has always been this small group of people who have been here since I've started visiting. One young man stands out every time with his great customer service, communication, and huge smile! My first visit was so wonderful because "Austin" explained everything so wonderfully and I knew exactly what I wanted after he explained the menu. I've gotten the same thing every week since then and "Austin" recognizes me as soon as I walk in and tells the cook to throw my meal down before I reach the register. "Austin" has brought customer service to a whole new level along with the fantastic crew at "Cheeseburger Bobby's." I suggest everyone visit this location if they are driving by! read more
