They specialize in cute little bite size cheesecakes with a variety of flavors including some keto and sugar free flavors. They have original, raspberry, creamsicle and key lime as well as speciality ones to order. I got an Oreo cheesecake for my husbands birthday and he declared it was the best cheesecake he had ever had. They put love into their food and added a beautiful design just like you would any other birthday cake. The product is rich and creamy without being too sweet. So the place looks a little suspect and when we first walked in there was no one around so we walked out. Another couple happened to walk in while we were leaving and they told us that this was suppose to be a great place for cheesecake. So we took a chance. Superb variety of mini cheesecakes. I got a box of six to go. Every flavor -- plain, chocolate, orange popsicle, Oreo, raspberry, and pecan-caramel -- was fantastic. They also do a fried cheesecake, which I will have to try one day. They do have seating, but most people were coming in for take-out when I was there. This little shop is so cute, and way bigger inside space than you'd expect! The owners are super nice and friendly and you can tell they care about their customers(they even have a photo wall of their customers) The shop is so nice and clean, which is always good. We tried their loaded baked potatoes, it came with REAL chopped bacon, lots of sour cream, real cheddar cheese! They are AMAZING! So soft and delicious, and the size was perfect! The cheesecakes are sooo freakin' good!! They're really creamy and sweet but not over powering.. I think the mini size is just perfect, especially since they have so many flavors! We got a dozen of minis and they were all soooooo yummy!! The oreo one is really good and the raspberry ones too( pretty much ALL of them are good) They also do CheeseShakes ! Beautiful Cade filled with artfully decorated cakes. So I selected two: key lime and chocolate mini cakes. Got them home. Serious taste questions here. I think they chose a very delicate touch on flavoring. Beautiful package and design but underwhelming flavor for the size and price. I'm reminded of a tart fondant texture. Not creamy or silky, more chalky and cookie dough texture. The thing is this... I love sweets. However I could only take one taste bite of each and they became refrigerated relics. They were smooth and rich and whipped to such a fluffy, creamy consistency, and they tasted so FRESH and delicious! Of course, if you prefer New York style cheesecake, a little more firm, it might not be your favorite. But you would still not be able to deny how delicious they are.
